Courtney Crosby - COO

As COO, Courtney oversees business operations, staff, client relationships, equipment purchases, company budgets and 5000+ shoot days for Go To Team, Assignment Desk & Stark Crews. Simply put, Courtney gets it done and keeps everything running smoothly. She joined Go To Team in 2012 and has loved every minute since. Her job is anything but normal and is full of fire drills that keeps her on her toes to care of clients and staff. She loves talking with clients to figure out exactly how we can help! Courtney graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. While at the university, she worked at Gamecock Productions, where she filmed, shot and edited pieces for USC's Athletic Department. It was at her time working with the Facility Sales department at NFL Films where she decided to pursue a career in production management. Away from the office, Courtney loves working out, drinking wine and hanging out with her husband and sons. Cheers!

Dwaine Scott

Dwaine Scott and Patrick Bryant founded Go To Team in October 1997. They felt that there was a shortage of good organized camera crews in the smaller markets outside Atlanta. With 10 years of television broadcasting experience they created Go To Team to fill this niche in the Southeast video crew market. Their goal was to provide high quality video production crews and services in local markets throughout the southeast. So they positioned the corporate office in Charleston, SC while Director of Photography Dwaine Scott remained centrally based out of Columbia, SC. This gave them an advantage of reaching several mid-sized cities.

Erin Gunther

Erin joined Go To Team in 2014 after graduating from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. While at USC Upstate - Erin was a captain of the D1 softball team. As General Manager, Erin manages over 25 employees in the office and field and oversees over 2500 shoot days per year. In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, Emma, and son, Tripp.

Jack Gaertner

With years of amazing experience under his belt, Jack is bringing his hard working attitude and creative shooting style to Southern California! He's always willing to go the extra mile for clients and he's ready to shoot your next big project! Jack has experience working with a number of major clients including Warner Brothers, NFL Network, Bleacher Report, and ABC.

Jalen Phillips

Hailing from Oxford, Mississippi, Jalen has now made Charlotte his new home. He got his start behind the camera as a combat photographer in the Marine Corps and has since gone on to work for ESPN, Major League Soccer, XFL, and E! Network.

Joe calls Austin, Texas home! He's worked in the production industry for 7+ years, working up through the ranks through local news. Nate Silverman

Nate Silverman is your go to Atlanta DP. His work is a who's who of clients including: HGTV's "Flip or Flop Fort Worth", CBS, The Players Tribune, Forbes, Fuse and MLS to name a few. "I've always enjoyed telling stories that combine entertainment with human interest." Nate Silverman is your Go To Atlanta DP. His work is a who's who of clients including: Capitol Records, MLS, The Players Tribune, Forbes, Turner and Weather Channel to name a few. "I've always enjoyed telling stories that combine entertainment with human interest." Originally from Western New York, Nate has a unique background shooting sports and news features along with live sporting events. His experience behind the lens coupled with directing, editing and producing, helps Nate tell your story visually so producers and editors leave with more material than they can use. Roger Woodruff

Roger was the Director of Photography for three seasons of HGTV's hit show, "Fixer Upper." It's a project that he's been a part of since the pilot. He's only now beginning to understand the impact this show has had on his career and personal life. "Fixer Upper" has fine tuned Roger into a DP that understands the fundamentals of reality television, especially home renovation shows. He's grown very comfortable shooting in the middle of a construction site. If he can shoot there he can shoot anywhere.

Ryan Brower

Ryan Brower is Go To Team's DC cameraman. Originally from Charleston, Ryan is ready to bring his unique touch to DC. His freelance experience in full-service production gave him insight into both the client side and production side of storytelling. He has a background not only in shooting but in post-production as well. He's an editor's best friend giving them handles, angles, and more content than a producer could ask for in a given shoot day. Shawn Moffatt - CEO

Shawn Moffatt joined Go To Team in 2006 as Operations Manager and Managing Partner. On the business side, Shawn focuses on growing Go To Team through mergers and acquisitions by connecting the dots and leveraging connections to try and solve huge problems in the media industry. He's in charge of business development, market expansion, and overseeing the employees in the organization. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1996 with a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism. After graduation, he edited for WIS-TV then moved to ABC affiliate, WOLO-TV as a videographer and live truck operator. From there, Shawn served as a director for WJCL-TV in Savannah, WCSC-TV in Charleston and KOIN in Portland. While at KOIN, he directed the 2003 "Rose Festival Parade", a two-hour live broadcast featuring a nine-camera shoot with jib and helicopter crews, which were aired in major West Coast market areas. Shawn returned to Charleston as operations supervisor for WCSC-TV for all news production staff and programing. Out of the office, Shawn is spending time with his wife and three children.

Zach is ready to roll in Houston! He's worked in the production industry for several years, working up through the ranks and now is our Houston DP. He has a passion for telling stories. He loves being behind the camera and working with clients to bring their vision to life.

Zach Reed

Go To Team DP Zach Reed is ready to for what ever project you have in mind! Need someone to help you Make Cool TV? He calls San Francisco home but is constantly travels to the entire state of California to cover major Network News, Weather, Sports and entertainment pieces. Zach Reed, from Eagle Scout to cameraman is always prepared for whatever your project may need. Zach fell in love with imagery photographing his backpacking trips all over the west coast. Always wanting to tell a story he moved into video and made it his life's mission to be the best DP he could be. After going to school for production, Zach worked producing and shooting classroom videos for a national non-profit group covering education in southern California. Moving from that to working in the medical technology field creating riveting patient stories and marketing videos. After working with a mentor from NFL Films, Zach knew he wanted to make the jump to working in TV. Combining technical skill with aesthetic creativity he is ready to showcase his abilities and bring stories to life with beautiful imagery. Fully loaded with a Suburban with the top gear he has been shooting sports, technology, corporate events and everything else in between. Zach is prepared to Make Cool TV and tell your story.
