GRASSROOTS YOGA

We believe yoga is for everyone, and our range of classes reflect the different practices available at different times of your life, and when your energy levels and capacity to practice fluctuate. Our team are all first aid certified and almost all of them have over 5 years teaching experience. We hold regular workshops and events with Grassroots Yoga teachers, so they can share their experience, knowledge, passion projects and in-depth teachings of yoga with you. We also love guest teachers and can't wait for some of our favourite international friends to return one day soon... Grassroots Yoga Christchurch is home to a connected, inspired and passionate community. Providing empowering and uplifting yoga, through a diverse range of classes, no matter what your personal circumstance. We believe yoga is for everyone, and our range of classes reflect the different practices available under the umbrella of yoga (from slow and contemplative to fluid and energetic).
