Available and researched knowledge, intellectual discussion and physical experience did not provide valid answers with appropriate confirmation. Mental refinement and discipline appeared as a common theme in many religious and spiritual practices and there was much on breath, prana and chi. Many of the spiritually transformative or enlightening experience appeared to be performed at the edge of the human performance envelope or by sudden transformative experience.
