Mrs. Fusco has been teaching Special Education for nine years. This is her fourth year teaching at Grove City Middle School. She currently teaches Emotional Support, Autistic Support and Life Skills.

Kate Siekkinen

Hi! I'm Mrs. Siekkinen and I teach 6th grade science. I have been a science teacher since 2005. During my first 6 years of teaching, I taught high school Chemistry, Physical Science and Earth and Space Science. I have been teaching 6th grade science since the new middle school opened. My first year of teaching was at a public school right outside of Baltimore, MD and I've been teaching in the Grove City School District since 2006. I love teaching science because it allows children to see the world they live in through different eyes!

Mr. William D. Ford

Mr. Ford is a First Grade teacher at Highland Primary Center. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Persian Gulf War. He has a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Slippery Rock University. Mr. Ford enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and horseback riding. It may also be noted that he is "Extremely" good friends with Grove City's very own Mr. Eagle!

Mrs. Jamie Isenberg

Hello! I am Jamie Isenberg. I have been teaching here at Hillview for 12 years now and this is my second year in 2nd grade! As a resident of Grove City for 15 years, I must say I truly love this community! My husband, 3 daughters and I enjoy eating out, going to the movies, and, of course, shopping. When I'm not at school teaching, I enjoy Zumba, biking, running and also working at the YMCA as a tumbling / gymnastics instructor.

Mrs. Koren Earl

Hello! My name is Mrs. Earl. I am currently a kindergarten teacher in the Grove City School District. I have taught third, first, and kindergarten. I live in Slippery Rock with my husband and two children. I love watching sports, especially my Pittsburgh Steelers!

Mrs. Melanie Ritenour

Mrs. Ritenour is a first grade teacher at Hillview Elementary School. She lives in Grove City with her husband. Mrs. Ritenour has three children Caleb, Ethan, and Adasia. Caleb is married to Caley and they have a son Campbell and a daughter Mary Joy and live in Grove City. Ethan lives in Albany, Georgia. Adasia is married to Lucas and they live in Houston, Texas. Mrs. Ritenour enjoys teaching, traveling, spending time with her family, reading, biking, hiking, and canoeing. She taught sixth grade in Virginia and also taught at Grove City College as well. The Ritenours love to travel and have been to all fifty states as well as overseas. Mrs. Ritenour especially likes teaching first grade because there is nothing better than helping a child discover a love of learning.

Ms. Joan Schilling

Ms. Schilling received her BS in Mathematics and a Specialization in Physics at Slippery Rock University. She received her Masters Degree in Secondary Mathematics Education at Slippery Rock University.

Ms. Karen Garland

Ms. Garland is a graduate of Grove City Area High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Garland secured her Master of Science degree in Business Education from Robert Morris University. She recently completed coursework at Westminster College leading her to receive her Principal Certification K-12. Ms. Garland holds Level II Professional Certification in the areas of Business, Computers, Information Technology K-12, Mathematics 6-9, and Family & Consumer Science K-12. Ms. Garland currently teaches 6th grade Introduction to Business, 7th grade Careers, and 8th grade Entrepreneurship which includes Inventionland.

Ms. Tracy Barr

Ms. Barr lives in Grove City and is a mother to a wonderful eight year old son. She has been in the teaching field for over fourteen years and has taught in the states of West Virginia, Florida, and Pennsylvania. She has been fortunate to have taught mutliple grade levels from second through high school. Her passion and purpose has always been teaching and making a difference in her students lives. One of her favorite writers once said "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Mayo Angelou

Nicole Mathieson

Mrs. Mathieson is the Speech and Language Pathologist for the Hillview Intermediate Center. She loves working with her students and enjoys working with small groups to encourage a love of learning . She grew up in Grove City and is now living in Grove City with her husband and their two children.

Stefanie Bazan

Mrs. Bazan earned her B.S. from Westminster College and her M.Ed from Slippery Rock University.
