The GROW Organization is a Commercial Real Estate Association that incites growth within our community. We are also a 501c 3 Charity... GROW originated from the Diversity, Mentoring & Scholarship Committee of the International Facilities Management Association of Silicon Valley. We quickly realized the need for a 501c3 charity to attract funding for our education and scholarship goals. And thus GROW was born!!!... GROW arises from the words Guidance, Resources, Opportunities, and Work.
