Shaikha Adana Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah is the Founder and Chair of the Board of Trustees of the American University of Kuwait (AUK), Kuwait's only Liberal Arts University. Al-Sabah is also the Chairwoman of United Education Co. (UEC), Kuwait's leading company in the education sector. UEC consolidates seven K-12 schools with over 12,500 students. The United Education network includes some of the leading American, Indian, and Pakistani schools in Kuwait. Al-Sabah is also the Chief Executive Officer of Al-Futooh Holding Co., the major stakeholder in Kuwait Project Co. Bijan Khosrowshahi was born in 1961, he obtained his MBA in 1986 following an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1983 from Drexel University, USA. Mr. Cloutier received his bachelor's degree in actuarial sciences from Laval University in 1986. He is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. Mr. Cloutier joined Fairfax in 1999 as Vice President and Chief Actuary, becoming Vice President, International Operations in 2009 and is Chairman of Fairfax International from 2013 to present. From 1990 - 1999, he was Vice President Actuarial Services of Lombard Canada Limited, a Canadian property and casualty insurance company. Mr. Cloutier serves on the Board of a number of Fairfax Subsidiaries as well as Industry Organizations on behalf of Fairfax.

Mr. Sanousi holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria. He started his career as a Diplomat, eventually moving to the commercial world in 2004. In 2008, He joined Gulf Insurance as the Head of Marketing & PR. He played a vital role in transforming the department to what is now known as Group Corporate Communications, Investor Relations & Admin. Affairs. in which he pioneered the GIG brand and unified it across all Group companies in the MENA region. Also by overseeing Group Investor Relations, Mr. Sanousi practices transparency and efficiency in the Group's relationship with its investors and other stakeholders. He is actively involved in creating opportunities in which the Group can benefit in the communities it operates in through well-defined CSR strategies. He is also a member of ESG committee to establish and implement Corporate Sustainability framework at the Group to leverage its strategic priorities. Mr. Sanousi also heads and manage the Group Admin. functions and instrumental in establishing sustainable procurement practices.

Mr Faisal Al Ayyar is Executive Vice Chairman of the Kuwait Projects Company(Holding). He joined KIPCO in 1990 when it was a US$ 220 million regional investment company. Under his stewardship, KIPCO has developed into one of MENA's leading holding companies with interests in financial services, media, real estate, manufacturing and education, operations in 24 countries and consolidated assets of over US$ 32 billion. It is worth noting his leading role in the creation and development of OSN, the region's largest pay-TV company, the development of SADAFCO, a leading dairy and foodstuff producer in Saudi Arabia, and the expansion and subsequent sale of Wataniya Telecom, a major regional mobile operator. Mr. Al Ayyar is Chairman of Panther Media Group - Dubai, UAE(OSN). He is Vice Chairman of Gulf Insurance Group - Kuwait, United Gulf Bank - Bahrain, of United Gulf Holding Company B.S.C - Bahrain, Jordan Kuwait Bank - Jordan, Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company - KSA, and Mashare's Al-Khair Establishment - Kuwait. He is a Board Member of Gulf Egypt for Hotels & Tourism Company - Egypt. Mr. Ahmed Ragab is a graduate with Honors in Actuarial Science from Cairo University - Egypt and is an Associate Actuary (ACIA) from the Canadian Institute of Actuaries - Canada. Additionally, he is a licensed Actuary by the Kuwaiti Insurance Regulator. In 2014, he was awarded the designation of International Certified Valuation Specialist (ICVS) from the IACVA Institute - Middle East. During 2018, he worked at Fairfax - Canada as an Actuarial Analyst for evaluating subsidiaries' reserves, analyzing the operational performance, supporting the actuarial pricing team, and streamlining various actuarial processes. In 2021, he achieved the "Corporate Risk Manager of the Year" by the Middle East Insurance Industry Awards (MEIIA). As a Group Senior Manager, he is responsible for managing the group's technical portfolio along with developing the actuarial practices across the group companies. Mr. Ragab is also a Risk Committee member in some of the group companies including GIG Algeria. With his team, he plays a vital strategic role in the development of the group's actuarial valuations, IFRS 17, reinsurance and the establishment of a new Data science division with operational excellence across the region.

Mr. Farid Joseph Saber is the Assistant Group Chief Executive Officer (Operations) since November 2016. Mr. Saber has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Lebanese University in Beirut and a Diploma in Insurance (Dip CII). Mr. Saber is an experienced Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry in MENA region. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors at GIG Algeria, L'Algerienne vie (AGLIC), Gulf Sigorta, GIG Kuwait Takaful, GIG Saudi and GIG Gulf, all subsidiaries of GIG.

Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim is responsible for leading the audit functions for GIG as he has a proven record of establishing and re-engineering the audit functions in the group, He plays multiple strategic assurance and advisory roles for the Group. He is a well-rounded leader with over 17 years of proven professional experience in establishing corporate governance, internal control, risk management, regulatory compliance, Anti financial crime and ESG frameworks & approaches. In addition to extensive experience in establishing and leading digital transformation strategies for assurance functions and incorporating the latest technological trends and digital solutions in the audit functions operations through integrating the assurance functions outputs and enabling integrated assurance methodology in line with the group's strategy. Mr. Mohamed holds a bachelor's degree of commerce in accounting from Cairo university, and is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors -USA, and an associate of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiner-USA, he's also awarded the International Certificate in Compliance with distinction of International Compliance Association (ICA- UK). Prior to joining GIG, Mr. Mohamed held various auditing roles with well-known international firms, such as KPMG and RSM.

Mr. Osama Kishk has joined the group in June 2017 as Group Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the group's finance, financial planning & Analysis, Treasury and investment, and merger and acquisition functions and for the integrity and flow of the financial information to the management, the board, shareholders and financial institutions. He also works with the Group CEO in all financial matters at the group level and its subsidiaries. Mr. Kishk holds an MBA from Maastricht School of Management (MSM) in addition to several professional qualifications from USA such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Risk Professional (CRP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Associate Business Manager (CABM). Mr. Kishk has over 26 years of experience in the Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Investment and Auditing related fields.

Robert Quinn McLean is a Vice President at Hamblin Watsa Investment Counsel, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fairfax Financial. He is responsible for the Fairfax insurance subsidiary investment portfolios in the Middle East/Turkey/North Africa(Gulf Insurance Group) and South Africa/Botswana(Bryte Insurance). Mr. McLean is currently on the board of Gulf Insurance Group based in Kuwait, Farmers Edge Inc.(Winnipeg, Canada), Boat Rocker Media Inc.(Toronto, Canada) and Helios Fairfax Partners Corporation(Toronto, Canada). Initial work experience was in the public accounting profession including work in audit and tax. Subsequently Mr. McLean entered the investment management profession as an investment analyst working for an Institutional Investment Manager in Toronto, Canada focusing on international equities(Europe and Asia). He is a Chartered Account(CA, CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst(CFA designation).
