I am the founder of the Law Office of Michael Huey, LLC, who opened the doors to a successful intellectual property law practice over 10 years ago. My field of expertise is focused on pharmaceutical drug discovery, medical products, and technology. I have substantial experience filing patent and trademark applications with the US Patent and Trademark Office, as well as LLC formation documents with the State of New Jersey. Prior to opening my law firm, I interned for Chief Judge Covello (District Court of Connecticut). My professional career began as a chemist at Bristol-Myers Squibb, then as a pre-clinical drug discover scientist, before attending law school. I am also a member of the DC Bar Small Business Clinic, where I volunteer pro-bono mentoring services to entrepreneurs on a broad range of topics including, how to start-up or grow a business. Furthermore, I currently serve as a member of the West Windsor Planning Board, where I review township master plan and site plan..
