Ron Cimino has more than 20 years of domestic and international recruitment and staffing experience within the systems integration, federal, consumer packaged goods and high technology industries.
Prior to starting Innovative Executive Search, Ron was Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Paul-Tittle Search Group - a boutique executive search firm in Northern VA. At Paul-Tittle, Ron played a key leadership role for search assignments in sales, marketing, engineering, business support systems, human resource, finance and business development.
Prior to Paul-Tittle, Ron held human resource management positions with an emphasis on recruitment and staffing for companies such as Sprint International, Chiquita Brands International and GE Information Services.
Ron holds a BA in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and a certificate in Behavioral Interviewing.
