Born and brought up in Mudhol, Mr. Danesh realized very early in his life that future of Indian economy will take the rural route. He started his maiden journey to the corporate world by starting up an Agro products business in 1992 dealing in fertilizer, seeds and pesticides.
In 2002, he diversified his venture into trending of food grains at APMC yard. In 2010, he further diversified into the trading of cattle food. He has been running the show successfully for the last 20 years now and since then there has been no looking back for Mr. Danesh I. Tadasalur.
Mr. Danesh has also served as an vice chairman for "The Mudhol Co-Operative Bank Ltd.," Mudhol, for the period of 5 years (2003 - 2008). He is one of the advisory committee member for "Basaveshwara Co-Operative Bank Ltd.," Bagalkot & "Bilagi Urban Co-Operative Bank Ltd.," Bilagi.
Mr. Danesh's personal goal is to make farmers aware of the latest tools and techniques in cultivations that will lead them to grow food in quantity and quality. He has a vision to help farmers become financially secure and to take agricultural business in India to its next level.
Mr. Danesh holds a diploma in automobile engineering.

Gopal Jogi Nayak is a Graduate Civil Engineer with Masters in City Planning and has over 35 years of professional experience of having served Department of Town Planning, Government of Karnataka for 35 years in various capacities as Town Planning Officer to Director and handled urban development and management programs.
He has worked in various capacities as Town Planning Officer of the district planning units of Belgaum, Gulbarga, Dharwad, Mangalore and handled comprehensive urban planning issues in the districts as a whole and in all urban centers. As officer in charge for preparation of Regional Development Plan for River Valley Regions of Tungabhadra, Krishna, Cauvery and Western ghat region. As Head of Urban Planning (Joint Director) at Dharwad, handled over all planning of North Karnataka Zone covering present 11 districts.
In addition to his vast experience, he has undergone specialization course in Management of Urban Development at Birmingham University, U.K, in association with Town and Country Planning Organization (TCPO), Government of India, New Delhi, during 1988.
As team leader of Planning Team of the Institute of Town Planners India, Karnataka Regional Chapter, was responsible for preparation of rejuvenation plan for city CBD of Bangalore and preparation of Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) for Hubli- Dharwad during 2000-01.He was on the board as a one of the team member of Green Belt committee and has prepared document for green belt policy for Bangalore city for Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) during 1998-99. He was involved in setting up policy for State of Karnataka in the year 2002.

Major. Ravi Shankar is a Graduate Civil Engineer with Masters in Geodetic Science and Surveys and has over 30 years of professional experience in the field of Surveying related to Infrastructure projects and various defense related operations, funded by World Bank, Asian Development Bank and Private participation.
He is well conversant with the latest survey techniques involving both planimetric and spherical coordinate system and possesses hands on experience in handling Total Station and GPS instruments and GIS applications. His tenure of 30years he has been working with various domestic and international firms viz. KAMPSAX India (Cowi Consultant of Denmark), BCEOM, Jaypee Group, EGIS India, SECON, L&T-Ramboll Consulting Engineers Ltd., Scott Wilson Kirkpatrick & Co. Ltd, Tangerine Geo Sciences, Sultanate of Oman - National Survey Authority and Larsen & Toubro Ltd. He started his career by serving Indian Army, Corps of Engineers and retired at the rank of Major.
Maj. Ravishankar is recognized as a sector expert having served many renowned organizations on both domestic and international projects.
Mallana P. Hosamani is a Graduate in B.Sc, LLB and retired Thasildhar having 30 years of work experience in Revenue department. He worked for 12 years as Thasildhar. He has immense knowledge about Revenue department of Karnataka Land revenue act 1964, Karnataka Land reforms act 1961, Land acquisition act.

Mr. Sharan is an accomplished executive and an identified expert in Total Financial Investments Planning (TFIP) and Portfolio Management (PM). Also an experienced trainer, he has trained more than 10,000 people till date in major Indian cities and towns. He frequently conducts transformational training programs with well known corporate and Govt. organizations. His trainings are focused on effective financial planning via variety of investment instruments such as stocks, mutual fund, commodity, forex, insurance & real estate and taxation gains.
Mr. Sharan started his career as a Financial Analyst with IEC (International Commodity Exchange) where he has managed big commodity portfolios. With his rich experience in the financial industry, he started Inspire India Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd with the aim of providing one-stop investment advice for investing in equity, mutual funds, systematic investment planning (SIP) and Total Financial Management to his clients.
Mr. Sharan is an aeronautical engineer by qualification. He hails from Gulbarga where he completed his pre-university school. He later enhanced his education with a MBA in Finance in the year 2009
