James Trett is the Managing Director and Principal Shareholder of JP Trett Ltd. Raised in East Anglia in the UK and born into a well known farming family, he stems from many generations involved within Agriculture and Rural business.
James has been involved with livestock, feed and heavy machinery from a young age through his father's direction, although his route back into the agricultural industry has led him through various journeys.
With a keen interest in property, James trained and qualified as a General Practice Surveyor before gaining a degree in Land Management and cutting his teeth on the London property market. His first step into recruitment came after this having worked for a national blue chip multi site organisation and achieving regular recognition and various recruitment awards for performance.
The desire to return to the Agricultural industry promptly led to a successful career within the Senior Management structure of a highly reputable Crop Protection Supply Organisation. James has an enviable record of client development, injecting energy and dynamism into organisations whilst adding a touch of professionalism and tenacity to the business development.
The return to recruitment was imminent having gained a wealth of experience across both the recruitment and agricultural market places. James and his vastly experienced recruitment team now utilise this experience to support the gap in the market for sourcing credible and qualified individuals across the international agricultural industries.
