Knysnadoc is based in the beautiful town of Knysna, arguably the most stunning and picturesque of all on the Garden Route. The Protea Knysna Quays Hotel, situated at Knysna's striking waterfront development, provided the ideal initial investment and foundation upon which the fund could grow. Over time other investments and development projects with good capital growth potential were added to the Knysnadoc portfolio.
