KMSTC

The first meeting of the International Maritime Cluster "IT Chamber of Education and Training of Seafarers" took place on the 31 st of January, 2017, Odessa was chosen as the venue. The cluster was founded in 2016 at Kherson State Maritime Academy (KSMA) with the participation of Kherson Maritime Specialised Training Center (KMSTC) at KSMA... KMSTC specialises in developing value-added training courses for bridge, engine and cargo operations by using state-of-the art, permanent training facilities and modern simulators that offer dedicated learning environment. Specialised Training Centre is accredited by the State Inspection of Ukraine on Safety in Maritime and River Transport and by the Offshore Energy Industry Training Organization (OPITO) for providing STCW and basic offshore safety training courses. We are continually adding new courses.
