Becky is from Immokalee, FL. She is married with two adult children, and enjoys her two grandchildren. She previously worked in banking and in the medical field. She has been with Landex for over 25 years. She began as the owner's personal secretary, eventually became a licensed Community Association Manager, and has been the Senior Accounts Payable manager for the last 5 years. Becky is an instrumental part of the team.​

Harry C. Powell

Harry C. Powell , Jr. began his career in Real Estate in the 1960's. He was President of the largest community development in Southwest Florida, known as Lehigh Corporation. He was responsible for handling all aspects of community development, County, State and Federal regulatory agency liaison, accounting, collections, timeshare, association management prior to and after turnover. As a community developer, Mr. Powell was responsible for multi-millions in land and home sales. He believes in developing a relationship "where a handshake means a lasting friendship." He was responsible for developing affordable land and housing. As a leader in Real Estate, Management, and Timesharing, Mr. Powell is well-known by all for his tutelage and involvement in many varied projects. His personal mission and vision statement is to create or manage a project to the satisfaction of the owners and customers. In 1981, Mr. Powell created Landex Corporation which has been ranked in the top 100 businesses by Fortune 500 Magazine for association management. Harry C. Powell, Jr. passed in 2021, but his legacy, integrity, and principles will live on forever in the family owned business.

Nikki Adame

Nikki was born and raised in Lehigh Acres. She has worked in customer service for over 20 years. She is instrumental in the day to day operation of Landex overseeing all the sales and leasing applications, owner / tenant informational records, and maintaining Association, vendor, and individual owner insurance.

ROBYN A. ROCCO

EDUCATION Robyn has a Bachelor degree in Interior Design, and an Associates degree in Business Administration. Her studies at the University of Miami, FL include Mass Communication and Real Estate. She holds both a Florida Real Estate and Community Association Manager license. EXPERIENCE Robyn joined Landex in 2007. She was named Vice President in 2012, and currently serves as the corporate office manager. She oversees all employees, overall company direction, marketing, and coordination of day to day operations. Prior to working at Landex, Robyn worked for a commercial design firm whose clients included Disney and Mayo Clinic. Robyn is a member of and donates to the American Resort Development Association, many area Chamber of Commerce, Community Association Institute, Florida Green Building Coalition, Kiwanis Club International, Lehigh Community Services, March of of Dimes, New Life Assembly Church, and the Wounded Warrior Project.
