LORNE PENNER

Mr. Penner practices with the law firm of Ahlstrom Wright in Sherwood Park, Alberta and in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. His work is focused in the Corporate/Commercial area. He is the former Secretary of the International Business Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association in Edmonton and some of his clients are presently operating in the US, China and Africa. In addition, Mr. Penner has extensive experience advising clients in the areas of estate planning, estate management, business succession planning and real estate transactions.
