Kim Brown is a veteran of the Greater Marshall Chamber of Commerce with over twelve years of service to the businesses of Harrison County. In her experience, she has led the Leadership Marshall program, Leadership Tomorrow program, coordinated the Law Enforcement & Firefighters Appreciation Dinner, the Annual Chamber Banquet and the Business & Industry Luncheon. Kim is also an integral part of the annual FireAnt Festival planning. As Kim has lived in Harrison County her entire life, she has served graciously on the Marshall Symphony League, local councils and PTA Boards. Kim is a 2011 Graduate of the Leadership Marshall program. Kim has been married to Jack Brown, owner of Jack Brown Construction, for over 36 years. Kim and Jack were blessed with three daughters who all graduated from East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, Texas: Brittany Brown Lee, Blaire Brown Maranto, and Bailey Brown. Brittany is married to Canon Lee and they have one son, Preston. Blaire is married to Janssen Maranto and they have one son, Jack. Bailey is employed in Marshall.

Sarah Bird joined the Marshall Chamber of Commerce team in June of 2022 as Marketing Director. She graduated from East Texas Baptist University in May of 2022 summa cum laude with a bachelor of science in mass communications, and a double-minor in public relations and religion. Sarah has lived in East Texas her whole life, where she grew up in Waskom and now lives right here in Marshall. Sarah is married to her high school sweetheart, Cannon Bird, graduate of ETBU. They have been together since 2017 and have a daughter named Rosie.

Stacia Runnels

Stacia Runnels joined the Marshall Chamber in 2016 where she served as both Marketing and Membership Coordinator until becoming Executive Director in 2019. Stacia is a graduate of Baylor University and also serves as the Director of Children's Ministry at Crossroads Baptist Church. Stacia and James actively volunteer in our community and schools, serving on multiple boards and committees annually. They have served in nearly every area of church ministry and community over the last 25 years. Stacia is a member of the Rotary Club of Marshall, Community Advisory Council, and the Harrison County Historical Museum Board of Directors. Stacia proudly supports the Arts, serving on the Cultural Arts Roundtable and in the Marshall Symphony League, as well as supporing Art in Education through the State Reflections program in our schools for many years. Stacia is married to James Runnels, Associate Pastor and Minister of Worship at Crossroads Baptist Church. They have lived in the Marshall community since 2003, and have five daughters, three of whom graduated from Baylor University. Anna Grace Day (Tyler Day)- Educator, Coach at Marshall High School, Emma Beth Runnels of Austin, Tx., Olivia Runnels - Director of Education at the Michelson Museum of Art in Marshall, Rose-Marshall High School Graduate, and Ella Kate, a student at Marshall High School. Stacia and James are also proud grandparents to Nora, daughter of Anna Grace and Tyler. The Runnels family has had strong family ties to Marshall since 1943, where James' Grandmother, Minnie Lee Runnels, taught school at Robert E. Lee and his grandfather, Mack V. Runnels, served as Marshall's City Manager and later as Vice President of Development at East Texas Baptist University.
