ALISON J. COOK

Expertise and experience: Alison Cook (formerly Mew*) was appointed an Independent Non-Executive Director of McPherson's Limited on 24 July 2018. *Alison changed her name from Alison Mew to Alison Cook with effect from 10 February 2021. Alison has more than 30 years of leadership and executive management experience in Australasia across a diverse range of functions within the biopharmaceutical and health services sectors. Her experience includes product manufacturing, quality systems, logistics, sales and marketing, as well as research and development. Alison is also familiar with the regulatory environment that governs the healthcare market. In addition to these technical and operational activities, Alison has been involved in corporate acquisitions and divestments as well as the strategic planning process. Alison has recently held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of Genetic Technologies Limited, an ASX and NASDAQ listed leading edge genetic testing services business. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science (Microbiology), has undertaken the Executive Development Programme at Melbourne Business School and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Brett Charlton - CEO, Managing Director

Expertise and experience: Brett was appointed CEO and Managing Director of McPherson's Limited on 1 August 2023. He is a growth-focused CEO and commercial leader who has developed an international career in the consumer goods industry across the Asia Pacific region. Brett has worked with a gold standard set of companies, including Diageo, PepsiCo, Fonterra, Sanofi, and Private Equity, for over 25 years before channelling his experience into advisory and consulting services. Brett is a strategic thinker who connects the dots between divisions for organisations, with a speciality in governance and operations of organisations large and small. He is a respected confidant to leaders in the ASX c-suite and a trusted advisor to Boards, CEOs, and functional General Managers. Brett is a Graduate and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Graduate School of Management from IMD in Lusanne, Switzerland, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Human Resources) from Griffith University. Craig Durham - Chief Legal Officer, Secretary

Craig was appointed General Counsel & Company Secretary of McPherson's Limited on 15 January 2024. With a career spanning over 30 years, he brings extensive executive leadership, legal and corporate governance experience from both listed and unlisted environments and in highly regulated industries including beverages, intelligent traffic systems, gaming technology and financial services. Craig holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from QUT, a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from QUT and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA). Craig is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the GIA, a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a Member of the New York Bar, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also admitted in Queensland, Victoria and New York in the United States and holds a current practising certificate in New South Wales.

Jade Peak

Jade has over 15 years' experience in global markets with over 10 years focused on FMCG with strength in business development, market entry strategies, relationship management, localised sales and marketing and education and training. Jade holds a Bachelor of Education and is an International Specialist, Partnership Manager and Change Agent. She was appointed McPherson's Commercial Director - International in 2021 and has a history with McPherson's Consumer Products holding previous roles as General Manager International Export in 2019 and Export/Business Development Manager in 2018. Prior to this Jade held management roles in the international space at Perrigo, BWX and PharmaCare Laboratories.

Jane Berkery

With a customer-centric approach, Jane has a solid track record of developing sales strategies and transforming sales teams into high performers through effective leadership, mentorship, and development initiatives. She is renowned for leading diverse and talented teams to success with a proven ability in sales and account management, coupled with a keen business acumen.

Jane commenced her career at Unilever in London and her subsequent roles have included global CEO of Stila Corporation, Managing Director of Elizabeth Arden Australia, Founding CEO of Excite.com Asia Pacific, Director of Sales and Marketing for Microsoft (MSN), and Founding Director of Ninemsn. Jane holds a Master of Arts (Hons) from the University of Aberdeen and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Paul Witheridge

Paul was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary of McPherson's Limited on 1 December 2011, following his position as Chief Financial Officer of McPherson's Limited in May 2010. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand. Before joining McPherson's, he held senior financial and company secretarial positions with several listed companies in the retail sector including Chief Financial Officer of Angus and Coote Limited and OPSM Limited. Prior to that, Paul spent six years within KPMG's Audit and Assurance Practice.
