We offer our standard varieties on a regular basis, but we are always happy to consult with you about custom flavors if you have something special in mind. Additionally, we will often have limited time offers of special flavors - we love to experiment!... We make our jerky by hand, in small batches. This ensures it is always fresh - none of our jerky sits on a shelf for months growing stale.
