Attorney Vanessa Cortez is a Colorado native and attended Colorado State University Pueblo where she studied Sociology, Criminology, and Political Science. Vanessa graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2019 and joined the Law Office of Michael L. Garcia. Vanessa is passionate about serving underrepresented communities and making the legal system more accessible for all people. Vanessa is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and a mentor with the "Law School…Yes We Can" program in Colorado.
