MICHIGAN RURAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL

Established in 1984, Michigan Rural Development Council (MRDC), is dedicated to furthering the development, finance, management, and rehabilitation of affordable, multi-family housing in Michigan's rural communities. We look to provide a voice for the affordable multi-family housing industry as a whole when the needs of those we serve are not being met. MRDC works to provide training and encourage communication with state, local and federal agencies. MRDC is affiliated with the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH), a national, non-profit trade organization.
