As a 2016 graduate of The University of South Carolina, he is new to the insurance world. Aaron joined M&P Specialty insurance in 2015 and has become an integral part of the team. He handles Commercial lines costumers both servicing existing and quoting new business.
Beginning in 2010, Amy came to M&P Specialty Insurance bringing sales and marketing experience from the Pharmaceutical Industry. At M&P, she focuses on the small business and personal lines clients' needs. Amy also cultivates the company's brand recognition through the planning and execution of trade shows and events, in addition to social media. She assists in the creation of marketing materials including email campaigns, product brochures and website content and events.

Dave's commitment to the crane insurance industry started in 1972 when he insured his first crane account. With 52 years in the insurance business, he along with his son Jason formed the business partnership which in due course led to the creation of M&P Specialty Insurance. Dave has led M&P in building key relationships with national underwriters and insurers and creating programs relevant to the crane and rigging, steel erection and structural moving industries. In the past, Dave has served on various boards including the Board for the Steel Erectors Association and is currently serving on the Governing Committee for The Crane Institute Certification for crane operators, riggers & signalmen.

Coupling her education in Organizational and Strategic Communication with previous work experience, Grayson has a keen ability to help clients efficiently implement and administer their insurance programs. She specializes in supporting clients engaged in captive insurance programs. Grayson has a BA University of South Carolina (Communications with a focus in Public Relations) and a Master of Arts Queens University of Charlotte (Organizational and Strategic Communication).
Initially Mike worked as a Real Estate Agent, but soon realized he was better suited for a career as an insurance broker and found his passion in the House Raising and Structural Moving Sector. Mike truly cares about the well-being of his clients and coworkers. Each and every day he does his best to ensure his clients get the protection they deserve. He believes trust is the ultimate key to a beneficial and long-lasting relationship with his clients.

Jackie has been with M&P Specialty Insurance since 2013 and brought with her over ten years of insurance experience. She worked in various underwriting roles in the Personal Lines market as well as holding an Account Manager position in the Personal and Commercial lines sector for over ten years. At M&P Specialty Insurance, Jackie specializes in the Commercial Sector of Property and Casualty Insurance including Workers Compensation. Jackie holds a Certified Insurance Service Representative designation.

Jason is the President and Co-Founder of M&P Specialty Insurance. In this role he works with Producers and Account Managers to position M&P as one of the top specialty insurance providers to the Crane and Rigging, Millwright, Steel Erection, Heavy Haul, House Raising, Structural Moving and Marine Industries in the United States. After obtaining his license in 1988, Jason also obtained his Certified Insurance Counselors designation and his Certified Marine Underwriter designation. During his career, Jason has served on the Insurance and Safety committees for the Steel Erectors Association of America and is often published in national trade publications.

John has a lifetime of experience in Marketing with various organizations and has worked his entire professional career helping others achieve their goals. Today his focus is on reaching out to and finding clients who can best be served by the producers and insurance professionals at M&P Specialty Insurance. Customer service, attention to detail, and a unique ability to connect with all people in every industry, is what brings value to clients and to John personally. In his spare time, John mentor's kids in the local community through tennis at local facilities.

Linda has been working for M&P Specialty Insurance for over 6 years as the administrative assistant for the entire office. Her great organizational and phone skills make her a true asset to the agency. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family as well as her pets (three cats and quaker parrots).

Matt brings a very "hands-on" approach to servicing his clients and is involved in all aspects of their Risk Management needs. He strives to align each customer's Risk Management program with their long-term organizational directives by using his breadth of knowledge with policy coverages, available risk financing mechanisms and expertise in managing claims. Matt is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a major in Risk Management and Finance. He holds Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance experience since 2004 and is also a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS).

Melody joined M&P Specialty Insurance in 2013 and brought 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Some of her years of experience come from attending the Aetna Casualty Skills School where she completed the year-long underwriter training program. She also worked as a Commercial Underwriter at Aetna Life and Casualty as well as Travelers Insurance Company and Royal Insurance Company. Melody specializes in the Commercial Sector of Property and Casualty Insurance including Workers Compensation. She is also a Member of the Certified Insurance Counselors Association. Melody is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
Michael has been with M&P Specialty Insurance for over 19 years. Over his time here, Michael's business development skills, insurance experience, and niche industry has helped make M&P Specialty one of the leading insurance brokers in the Crane and Rigging Industry. He serves Crane and Rigging, Structural Moving and Millright clients nationwide. Michael has completed the crane operators' course through The Crane Institute of America and is currently serving on the Council of Litigation Management.
