Dr. Paul Melendez

Dr. Paul Melendez has been with the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management since 1996. He earned his doctorate from the University of Arizona with a specialization in privatization. He is the first and only Eller professor to be recognized by the University of Arizona as a University Distinguished Outreach Professor for promoting ethics education for over two decades. As a professor in the Department of Management and Organizations, he teaches courses in business ethics, organizational behavior, and international management. He authored Moral Problems in Management: An Objective Model of Analysis. He also provides high-level consulting on ethical decision-making, transformational leadership, and innovative thinking. As founder of the Center for Leadership Ethics, he leads efforts to improve organizational ethics through cutting-edge research, education, and outreach programs.

Dr. Ciszek is an Associate Professor at the Moody College of Communication at The University of Texas at Austin. Their research engages in theoretically and empirically rigorous work, engaging with hard-to-reach populations and hard-to-study groups, groups that are marginalized and vulnerable and difficult to represent. They are a leader in strategic communication on LGBTQ research, and their work has received national and international recognition. Additionally, Ciszek works with organization and corporations to move the needle on diversity, equity and inclusion, incorporating their research to provide actionable recommendations for teams. Their research closes the loop by engaging with practitioners and professional communities who can use their research. Ciszek's research appears in top communication journals such as New Media & Society, Journal of Communication and Social Media & Society.

She has also worked as Director of Education at the National Latina Health Network. Liz has a Master's in Public Health from Tulane University and. Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.

Wolf Kirsten is the Founder and Principal of International Health Consulting based in Tucson, Arizona and Hamburg, Germany. His consulting portfolio is truly global, advising companies on health and well-being strategies such as Johnson & Johnson, Saudi Aramco, IBM, and Siemens in many regions of the world. In addition, he has been consulting the World Health Organization (WHO) on developing global guidelines for Healthy Workplaces. He also advised the governments of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Mongolia on the development of a national strategy and infrastructure for health promotion. Mr. Kirsten is co-founder of the Global Centre for Healthy Workplaces, which has been hosting the Global Healthy Workplace Awards each year since 2013 and certifies enterprises as healthy workplaces. He has published extensively on the global aspects of health and wellbeing including the book Global Perspectives in Workplace Health Promotion and develops workshops and training courses for academic institutions. Mr. Kirsten received his Master of Science in Health Promotion Management from American University in Washington, DC. He is a German native and lived many years abroad (United States, England and China).
