About Our Business The mission of MyClearRecord.com is to provide affordable means to clear your criminal record. If a sentencing of deferred adjudication was received, your record may be sealed through an order of nondisclosure. If there was an arrest, but no charge; if the case was dismissed; or if there was an acquittal (not guilty) at trial the record can be cleared or destroyed by expunction. Our goal is to give control back to those barred from employment, housing/mortgages, or other opportunities because of an unfavorable background check. We provide our services to anyone who has received an offense charge in any of the 254 Texas counties. For misdemeanor or felony offense, we provide affordable and complete legal packages, which include your filing instructions, personal court documents, and other important information. We support you before the court process, through the court process, and after the court process.
