Fox brings over 7 years of commercial real estate experience in the Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida market, with a core background in retail and industrial leasing and sales. As part of the NAI Skyway team, Fox is a key component of the firm's Retail and Industrial / Flex divisions, focusing on Landlord and Tenant Representation.
In retail leasing, Fox has worked on Tenant representation assignments with national brands such as Tropical Smoothie Café, Firehouse Subs, Fazoli's, Mathnasium, and Chicken Salad Chick. He has partnered on multi-unit, market rollouts that have involved touring the market with franchise owners and corporate representatives, mapping out trade areas of interest based on market intel and data, and negotiating deals ranging from leases on spaces in multi-retail centers to owner user purchases of outparcels for development. In Landlord representation assignments, Fox has been involved in negotiating deals with users ranging from national tenants such as Verizon and Chipotle to local and regional businesses as part of the curated tenant mix that fit the property owner and market's needs. Andy McCaw is an Orlando native and has been active in Central Florida commercial real estate since 1985. Mr. McCaw's single focus is on serving the needs of local, regional and national corporate tenants and buyers. Client services include new lease or purchase negotiations, lease renewal negotiations, expansion of space, lease financial analysis and disposal of surplus commercial space either by sublease or lease buyout.
Andy has successfully completed hundreds of office building sale and lease transactions totaling 3.90 million square feet exceeding $475 million in transactional value.
Andy brings proven experience in delivering real estate solutions to companies of all types and sizes with a focus on strategic planning, cost effective solutions in workspace efficiency, reducing real estate occupancy costs and he brings an error free real estate process to the client.
A fundamental part of Mr. McCaw's strategy and core beliefs involves the avoidance of any potential conflicts of interest. He chooses not to represent building landlords. Most of his career has been committed to eliminating conflicts between the interest of his clients and the spaces they occupy.

Austin Kay joined NAI Hallmark in 2019 as Vice President specializing in retail investment sales and leasing. He brings with him several years of experience in many different avenues of commercial real estate. From retail landlord leasing and investment properties to multi-family investments, office and medical investments, and retail tenant representation. After careful consideration and gaining knowledge in the commercial real estate business as a whole, he has now decided to shift his focus and develop a true niche in the retail market.
Mr. Kay began his real estate career in residential sales, where he quickly became a top listing and sales agent. Bill Benedict has been active in Central Florida commercial real estate since 1983. He has been involved with a wide variety of office, industrial and development projects, including six years as Executive Director of a 281,000 square foot, mixed use office/industrial development in Orlando, Florida. During the market downturn, he shifted into the valuation of commercial real estate, performing appraisals for a wide variety of income producing properties, including retail, industrial, and office buildings as well as vacant land. Additionally, Mr. Winsett negotiated and implemented a series of complex loan restructurings for over $250 million in small balance CMBS debt. As principal of Coral Ridge Capital Mr. Winsett focused on distressed and value-add opportunities most notably the acquisition of a portfolio of small balance loans in New York and New Jersey as well as the acquisition and repositioning of a 24-unit condominium building to student housing in Coral Gables, FL.
