First of all, thank you for this opportunity. I am a concreter by trade. I have always worked well with others, including working with the City Mission/Salvation Army and involved in the housing first programme to name a few. I also have a qualification of level 4 support in mental health and addiction. I believe it is important to have a clear understanding of the vision proposed, and I am not afraid to ask relevant or challenging questions. Over these years of working with agencies like these I have adapted good communication skills. I have a true passion in guiding our young ones into a positive rewarding future, because after all they are our future. I am honest, have integrity and have the energy both mentally and physically to success in this position.
