Brian Kelbaugh - CFO

Brian Kelbaugh has more than twenty-six years of within the healthcare environment and over 20 years of financial leadership.Mr. Kelbaugh has a broad range of experience, to include, community based organizations, publicly traded health systems, acute care hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, critical access hospitals, a teaching hospital, skilled nursing homes, rural health clinics, physician practices and an ambulatory surgery center. Mr. Kelbaugh has served in the US Navy, also grew up within a military family.Mr. Kelbaugh has lived all over the world, but is originally from West Virginia and has relocated to the Spartanburg's area.He is an avid golfer and enjoys the beach.

Catrina Smith

Catrina is the Founder and CEO of Angelic Services, Inc. located in Gaffney South Carolina. As a lifelong citizen of Cherokee County, she has dedicated twenty-seven years of her nursing career primarily to elderly and disabled citizens. In addition, Catrina is an avid supporter and Advocate of the Alzheimer's Association, where she currently serves as the Chairperson of the Walk to End Alzheimer's. Throughout her career, Catrina served as a geriatric and hospice nurse, CPR Instructor and Dementia Educator. Later in her career, she became a licensed Community Residential Care Administrator. During this time, she was the Executive Director of two Assisted Living Communities responsible for day-to-day operations. Catrina is a member of Dunton United Methodist Church, were she serves as the Chairperson of the Finance Committee. She is also a committee member of Elite Society in Gaffney, S.C., and the Author of "From Bear to Barely There." In her free time, Catrina enjoys spending time her two granddaughters MaKalynn and Bradleigh. She is the mother of two adult children Diamond, who helps manage her company and is pursuing her nursing career, and Chadrick, who is a graduate of Wofford College.

Cierra Kelly

Cierra holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Winthrop University and a Master of Business Administration from Limestone College. Cierra has experience in community engagement, strategic planning, service coordination, healthcare, and non-profit. Cierra has a passion for community and currently serves on several committees and boards in the Spartanburg Community. In 2020, Cierra was recognized as Spartanburg's 40 under 40 young professionals.

Cole Alverson

Cole Alverson serves as County Administrator, having served in such capacity since November 2018. Prior to his current position, Cole served as Interim Assistant County Administrator. Cole has served in multiple financial and operational roles at the County since 2005, including Director of Budget and Finance (2017-2018), Director of Budget Management (2011-2017). Cole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. Cole is on the Board of Directors of the Spartanburg Academic Movement and is a Riley Diversity Leadership Institute Fellow. Cole's wife Kimberly teaches 4th grade at Jesse Boyd Elementary School and is a graduate of Converse College. Cole and Kimberly have 2 children, Anna Kate (9) and Hampton (2). Cole and Kimberly are life-long Spartanburg County residents and live in the City of Spartanburg.

Dr. Jami Cokley

Dr. Jami Cokley is the Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Cokley started her career at ReGenesis in 2014 as staff dentist and transitioned to Director of Dental Services before stepping into the CMO role in July 2023. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Coastal Carolina University; her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina; and completed her General Practice Residency at Vidant Medical Center affiliated with East Carolina University. She enjoys practicing dentistry and is especially interested in the mouth-body connection and systemic impacts of oral health on the body and vice versa. In addition to improving Oral Health, she has a personal and professional mission to serve the underserved. Outside of the office, Dr. Cokley enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Eric Rogers - COO

Eric Rogers is the Chief Operating Officer for ReGenesis Health Care with more than twenty-five years of leadership experience from private organizations. Mr. Rogers has a broad range of experiences, including personnel relations, talent acquisition, training, compliance, employee engagement, team building, emergency response training, and various other aspects of the HR function. Mr. Roger's earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Winthrop University in Rock, Hill, SC in 1994. He earned his dual Master of Arts degree in Management and Human Resources Development in 2001 from Webster University. Eric is a member of the Strategic Human Resource Management society (SHRM) and a Board member for the South Carolina Manufacturers Alliance (SCMA) for both the Human Resources and Safety Activity and Seminar planning boards. Mr. Rogers is committed to serving the community, stewardship, promoting mutual respect, and fostering a work environment that promotes diversity, equality, and positive collaborative energy towards the common goals of the organization.

Holly Savage

Holly Savage is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has earned both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership. While honing her RN skills on a post-ICU cardiac unit, teaching patients and mentoring students led her to a career in training. She currently works as an Informatics Instructional Designer specializing in working with clinical professionals, most currently training and supporting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants on a complex electronic medical record system. Holly is passionate about serving others; since her two children were young she has served in a wide range of volunteer capacities including Team Mom, PTA Board member, church Youth Leader, school staff medical trainer, classroom helper, planning committee member, annual musical Playbill Editor, and countless other volunteer positions as situations required. Holly and her husband have lived in the Upstate area since 2004, and having raised their family here, now consider the Upstate to be home. Holly is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for ReGenesis, and is grateful for the opportunity to help contribute to the health of the community and improve the lives of its residents.

Hunter Dawkins

Hunter Dawkins joined Johnson Development Associates in 2015 and now serves as Director of Development for JDA's Land Development Division. His responsibilities include the sourcing and entitlement of master plan communities across the Southeast. Prior to this role, Hunter served as Senior Development Manager for JDA's Self-Storage projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. Before joining JDA, Hunter spent time with a boutique multi-family developer in Charlotte, NC. Hunter received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University.

Jeff Ballenger

Prior to joining ReGenesis Jeff worked for the Charles Lea Center as SR Vice President of Innovative and Supportive Services. Mr. Ballenger has experiences in human resources, quality, leadership training, employee engagement, operations, corporate development, and strategic planning. Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in Management & Marketing from the University of SC and a master's degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. Jeff has spoken at state, regional, and national conferences on leadership and innovative strategies supporting people' desire for greater independence in their lives using technology. Marlon Hunter - CEO, President

Marlon Hunter has more than twenty-five years of combined experience in public health, healthcare, occupational safety, and environmental health. He has a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Health and a Masters of Arts in Organizational Management. Mr. Hunter has a broad range of experiences with government and private organizations in urban and rural communities. Mr. Hunter served with DeKalb County Board of Health in Decatur Georgia, Carolina's Health Care System in Charlotte, North Carolina, Florida Department of Health in Tallahassee, and most recently as Public Health Director at Forsyth County Department of Public Health in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Mr. Hunter is now serving as President and Chief Executive Officer with ReGenesis Health Care in Spartanburg SC. Under his leadership, he has served on numerous community-based boards in efforts to improve Local, State, National and Global Health Outcomes.

Roya Fayyazi

Roya Fayyazi is a development professional, dedicated to serving her community, but more importantly, she is passionate about creating a sense of belonging in the community where she serves. "As a Board Member at ReGenesis Health Care, I have the opportunity to help my community take ownership of their health and live a healthier life. Since 2009, Roya had aligned her work with her passion for serving the community. She has advanced in leadership roles serving many esteemed organizations, including AmeriCorps, Habitat for Humanity, United Way of the Piedmont, Mental Health America, and United Housing Connections.  Roya holds a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of South Carolina as well as a certificate in women's business entrepreneurship from Cornell University. Sheila Davis Henderson comes to ReGenesis Health Care with over 20 years of management experience from the private sector and the government. She is a native of Spartanburg, SC and served honorably for 25 years in the United States Navy's Judge Advocate General Corps and in the intelligence field. She received an undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina-Spartanburg and a Master's Degree in Sociology from Converse College.

Susie Ericksen - Chairman

Susie Ericksen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation which provided opportunities to volunteer and intern in numerous medical facilities. With over fifteen years of experience in Lithotripsy Management, she worked with physicians, technicians, and hospital administration to facilitate quality care for patients, contract management, billing and expenses. From 2016 to 2018, Susie devoted her time as a primary caregiver and medical advocate to her ailing father. Mrs. Ericksen served as a substitute teacher at Oakbrook Preparatory School Spartanburg, SC. Over the years she also volunteered in numerous capacities and positions, including the annual Fundraising Gala, Parent's Club and served on the athletic department's Board of Directors as a board member and as board chair. In addition to her work and volunteer duties, she is also a proud wife and mother of two incredible young men. Susie is proud to dedicate her time and efforts with ReGenesis Healthcare, having had the opportunity to see firsthand the impact of our work within our communities.
