This websites hosts the N. gaditana genome projects of the Genomics Group of the CRIBI Biotechnology Center, University of Padua... The Genomics Group is composed by a sequencing core facility (equipped with a SOLiD 5500xl and a Ion Proton, both by Applied Biosystems), a molecular biology and biotechnology laboratory and a bioinformatics unit. The bioinformatics unit focuses on de novo genome assembly, gene prediction and annotation, as well as re-sequencing projects.
