Our customers are all passionate outdoor enthusiasts who wish to enhance their paddling, teaching, and trip leading skills. We train camp counselors, scout leaders, school teachers, trip leaders and professional guides... OLTOA travels the nation with a mission to enhance the quality of outdoor leaders and the learning experiences they provide. We do this by leading by example and creating positive, challenging, enjoyable, interactive learning experiences that enhance the skills and confidence of your staff.
