Elisa has over 16 years experience in all areas of Intellectual Property. Her responsibilities include assisting in all Intellectual Property matters such as drafting legal documents and filing documents with the US Patent and Trademark Office and the US Copyright Office. She also handles a rigid docket, annuity management and accounts payable. She works diligently to provide quality service to our clients.
Elizabeth "Liz" Gray graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. She received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2017.

Laura Tu graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. In 2009 she obtained her Master in Public Health from the University of Texas School of Public Health. She received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2012 under a full-tuition scholarship.
Laura has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 2012.

Mark Alva Oathout has practiced intellectual property law for over 30 years and has extensive experience in counseling a wide range of clients in these matters both in the US and abroad. He initiated his career working with corporate lawyers for roughly six years. Mark has a diverse view toward the business needs of clients within the context of an ever changing global intellectual property landscape.
