Dr. Spencer is a board certified physician in Family Medicine and has been with Northwest Physicians Associates since 1995. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Charles P. Cole is an Internal Medicine provider from Texas, who joined Northwest Physicians Associates, P.C. in November 2017. Dr. Cole received his medical degree from the University of Texas, Medical Branch School of Medicine, and completed his residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center/Permian Basin.
Dr. Kevin Hsu is a dedicated and highly skilled podiatric clinician and surgeon who specializes in wound care, diabetic limb salvage, sports medicine, and trauma management. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care, he completed his Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency, with a focus on Reconstructive Rear Foot/Ankle Surgery, at St. Mary's and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago, IL.
As a Chief Resident during his residency, Dr. Hsu demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities, overseeing schedules, fostering teamwork, and effectively managing medical systems such as Epic, PracticeFusion, and Athena. He is certified in BLS/ACLS and has a solid educational foundation, graduating from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine with a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Lake Forest College.
Dr. Hsu's dedication extends beyond his medical career. He has contributed to groundbreaking research at Edward Hines, Jr. Veterans Affairs Hospital, volunteered extensively with various organizations, and is an active member of professional associations such as the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
With proficiency in multiple languages and a diverse skill set that includes graphic design and accounting, Dr. Hsu is not only a dedicated healthcare professional but also a well-rounded individual with a passion for helping others. In his free time, he enjoys playing the piano, fishing, wood-working, and basketball.

Maryann Lukowich is a Certified Nurse Practitioner who joined Northwest Physicians Associates in February 2016. She has extensive experience in the primary care setting. She sees pediatric patients from birth, as well as adolescents and adults of all ages. She manages wellness, preventative health care, acute illnesses, and chronic diseases.
Dr. Pless is a board certified physician in internal medicine and dermatology. His practice is limited to only dermatology patients. He treats patients with diseases of the skin, hair and nails as well as treating skin cancer. His professional memberships include the American Academy of Dermatology, Cleveland Dermatology Society, the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Crawford County Medical Society.

Stephanie McDunn is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. She attended Cedarville University in Ohio where she served as a member of the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International, and graduated with highest honors receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Minor in Bible. Stephanie continued her education at Cedarville University and again graduated with highest honors receiving her Master of Science in Nursing degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Stephanie has experience in trauma and emergency medicine, rural health in Native Alaskan communities, women's health, dermatology, family medicine, and evidence-based practice.
She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. During her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family, serving at her church, and outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking.
