Nutec Systems, Inc. is a privately held company that was founded in 1999. Nutec Systems was founded on the principals of introducing HP® TIJ technology into the manufacturing environment. Previously this technology was only being utilized in the mailing industry. The principals at Nutec had a vast background in manufacturing and saw the potential for this technology to be instrumental in changing the way manufacturers, specifically in the pharmaceutical environment, viewed marking and coding on their primary and secondary packages. Nutec soon introduced Wolke to the American packaging industry and became the sole distributor of their products in North America. Through the efforts of Nutec Systems, Wolke became the accepted technology throughout North America and the pharma industry. From there we expanded the coverage of TIJ technology to other industries, i.e.: nutraceutical, tobacco, food, etc... Nutec's Track & Trace software can be included.
