Our school operates in "studios," or buildings/wings, for each division, with separate studios for elementary, middle school, and high school students. Within these studios, students experience student-led, teacher-facilitated, individual, and collaborative learning with a goal of mastery of learning, not simply proficiency. Technology is utilized intentionally and regularly for classwork, research, and assignments, however, it's use is also healthily balanced with "pen and paper" methods, events, field trips/travel, discussions, and other valuable tools...
