I grew up in Huntington, a very small town in south eastern Utah. I am the second of four children and I also have a step-sister and step brother. I studied early childhood education at CEU (now USU Eastern) and UVU.I taught preschool and helped run an after school program for 5 years before quitting to be a full time mom.
My husband Chuck and I are blessed to have 5 amazing kids all of whom have attended/are attending Odyssey. My second son was actually born the day my oldest son started Kindergarten here so I know the exact day we started at Odyssey!
When I am not here feeding your children amazing breakfasts and lunches I am at home sewing, singing, or hanging out with my family, attending plays (especially musicals), or being obsessed with playing board games.
The 2023-24 school year marks 15 years I have been employed at Odyssey Charter School. I have enjoyed working in the classroom and front office and look forward to another year of possibilities and growth. It's rewarding being part of the Odyssey team in helping students thrive and aiding in the success of this wonderful school. I truly enjoy working with the students, staff and administration at Odyssey.
