J. Joseph Grady

Attorney Joseph Grady's distinguished, 30-year career as a Workers' Compensation Judge provides him with an exceptional ability to navigate the legal system and protect your Workers' Compensation benefits. Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1986, Attorney Grady served as a Workers' Compensation Judge with the PA Department of Labor and Industry in the Scranton office from 1992 through January 2022. Over the years, he has been at the forefront of implementing innovative practices and procedures that have resulted in more efficient and timely litigation of matters within the Workers' Compensation adjudicatory system. He was instrumental in establishing one of the first mediation programs in the state for Workers' Compensation litigants. Having handled thousands of complex Workers' Compensation cases, his decades of real-world experience make him an invaluable ally and addition to the O'Malley & Langan team.
