Debby O. Allen (yes the "O" stands for O'Farrell) has been selling real estate in the Friendswood area since 1975! She is the daughter of O'Farrell Realty's co-founder, Al O'Farrell. Debby is a hometown "native" whose enthusiasm and expertise of Friendswood and surrounding areas are the foundation of her long standing career in real estate.
Debby's early success and love for real estate led her to obtain her Broker's License very early in her career. Among many honors throughout the years, Debby has consistently been recognized as O'Farrell Realty's Top Producer and Top Listing Agent. She knows that it takes hard work and diligence to get the job done right and is driven by her passion to put the time and energy needed into all her clients and their particular real estate needs.
Debby enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and children. She also likes to travel, attend concerts, movies and relax with family and friends…Plus she's pretty good at darts and corn hole sometimes!
Debra has been a REALTOR for over 15 years with O'Farrell Realty. She has also lived in this area many years and is very knowledgeable about Friendswood and the surrounding communities. Her experiences reach out as far as Katy, Lake Jackson, Anahuac and Houston.
Debra is a Platinum Member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Houston Multiple Listing Service. She is also a preferred Realtor with the Texas Veterans Land Board.
In the office, Debra loves helping her fellow agents and is a vital part of the O'Farrell Realty Team. Even more, she loves working with her clients in finding and purchasing their dream home.
Drew is a native of Friendswood and graduated from Friendswood High School in 1979. Afterwards, he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.
Drew started his career with O'Farrell Construction Company and built custom homes throughout the Friendswood area for 10 years. He then joined O'Farrell Realty as a full-time real estate agent in 1995. Since that time, he managed the company for 20 years and then stepped up as Broker of O'Farrell Realty in 2018.
Outside of real estate, Drew loves spending time with his family, being outdoors, fishing, camping, music and art.
Drew's vast knowledge of the Friendswood area, along with his tenure in the real estate and home construction industry, have prepared him to offer the quality real estate services that his clients deserve. He is committed to leading O'Farrell Realty while continuing to uphold the company's good name and great reputation for years to come.
Katie Travis is a third-generation REALTOR® who has been closing deals in the greater Houston area since 2016. Her passion is to walk alongside families as they make possibly the biggest financial decision of their life - buying or selling a home. She treats each client like family by maintaining open and speedy communication, protecting their best interest through strong negotiation skills, managing contracts seamlessly for a worry-free experience, and providing wise counsel every step of the way. She specializes in working with first-time home buyers and digital media marketing. In her spare time, Katie enjoys reading, being outdoors and spending time with family.
