Doug Richmond

Doug Richmond is a master electrician for Pacheco Company and has trained for NABCEP solar PV system installation certification. Doug has over 15 years experience as an electrical contractor and has extensive solar PV installation experience. Doug also has experience as an electrical contractor on GSA Federal Courts and Federal Marshals construction and remodeling projects. Doug joined the Company in 2011.

James Snarr

Jim provides financial and construction project management services for Pacehco Company. Jim has been president and part owner of For-Shor Company and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. For-Shor Company is the leading supplier of concrete forms in Utah, Idaho and Wyoming. Jim has been affiliated with the Company since 2010.

John Pacheco

John Pacheco is Pacheco Company's Sales Manager and a Solar PV Project Manager for Pacheco Company. John has 25 years of government contracting experience. As the owner of several certified small disadvantaged construction firms, John has accumulated many years of experience as a rebar steel subcontractor and project manager on DOT and EPA projects, and as a general contractor on federal courthouse and federal marshal projects in several states.

Ken Gardner

Ken Gardner is Pacheco Company's solar PV electrical/design engineer, project manager and certified installer. Ken has installed over 1 MW of solar PV systems since 2004, including Salt Lake City VA Medical Center (863 kW), Hill Air Force Base (211 kW), Kennecott Copper (21.50 kW), City of St. George (99.3 kW), Ram Manufacturing (245 kW), Park City (18.8 kW), Park City Historical Society & Museum (5.04 kW), Hyrum City (42.3 kW), Draper City Corporation (16.6 kW), Lehi City Library (5.15 kW), Quality Bike Products (41.4 kW), Hogle Zoo (54.3 kW), Weber State University (66 kW), UDOT Traffic Operations (17.28 kW). Ken has over 20 years experience as a civil engineer, land surveyor and master electrician (S-200 & S-202 License). Ken is also the founder and former owner of Gardner Engineering, a civil engineering firm located in Ogden, Utah. Ken is an NABCEP certified solar PV system installation instructor and has taught solar PV system installation classes throughout the U.S and abroad, providing Pacheco Company with a 50-state network of qualified solar system installers. Ken joined the Company in 2011.

Kevin Pacheco

Kevin Pacheco is the General Manager and service-disabled veteran owner of Pacheco Company. Kevin specializes in LED lighting marketing and sales, having sold over 50,000 LED lights and related energy-savings lighting equipment to over 60 different federal government entities in the U.S. and abroad since 2008. Kevin has ten years small business management experience. Kevin has been successful in obtaining a GSA contract to design and install solar photovoltaic energy systems and energy-saving lighting systems and components (GSA Contract No. GS-07F-0286W). Kevin is the founder of the Company in 2008.

Rod Kujaczynski

Rod is an articulate professional with over 15 years' experience as an Owner, CEO and General Manager. He has functioned as a strong leader with extensive responsibility over all operational aspects of business operations, from financial performance to budget forecasting and inventory management. He has proven ability to consistently increase corporate revenues and expand market share including cash flow, accumulated cash flow and IRR opportunities for client's considering solar renewable energy. Skilled in market strategy and identification, contract negotiations, also building and maintenance of vendor and industry relations. Exceptional communication skills in cultivating positive relationships with staff, company peers, clients, vendors. A highly capable spokesman and key representative for projects, issues and relevant discourse of ideas in Community and Civic meetings. Rod joined the company in 2013.

Steve's special business expertise and experience lie in the areas of marketing (throughout the US, Europe, and Asia), manufacturing management, finance, and technology transfer and commercialization. Steve has been affiliated with the Company since 2010.
