Welcome to the Philadelphia Chapter #76 (PA76), of the National Association of Power Engineers (N.A.P.E.), web site. Our chapter's 1st meeting took place on September 13th, 2005, when several of our charter members officially signed the PA#76 charter. Since that time, PA76 has proudly presented a continuum of monthly training opportunities and seminars relating to the diverse landscape that is power engineering.
