Park Terrace Care Center provides cutting-edge rehabilitative care for adults recovering from a traumatic brain injury. We also have a specialized disorder of consciousness (DoC) recovery program. We also provide both short and long term rehabilitation as well as dementia care. Our services extend to both the geriatric adult who may require 24 hour skilled nursing care as well as adults of all ages who need intensive rehabilitation to return to community living.
