Éclair Cozy Corner is located in Los Angeles, California and it is a café that specializes in serving Japanese style Italian cuisine. Eclair Cozy Corner draws inspiration from the owner of Eclair, Matsumoto's nostalgic childhood memories. Eclair was his first sweet dessert and he still remembers the first bite of eclair. Since that, he always wanted to open a pastry shop that has the best eclairs. What was originally intended to just be a pastry shop but quickly evolved into an Italian restaurant that Japanese blending of flavors through our chefs' personal touches. With pastas that feature such ingredients as sea urchin and cod roe, and our signature eclairs to cap it off, how could you possibly go wrong?
