Dr. Michael Dreifke is a board-certified dermatologist whose approach to patient care starts with listening to the patient - their concerns and their needs - then creating a tailored plan that will provide the best possible outcome for his patient. Dr. Dreifke is passionate about not only diagnosing and treating traditional dermatologic skin concerns, but also skin aging and rejuvenation. He understands the importance of staying up-to-date and utilizing evidence-based medicine while doing so in a way that allows his patients to take part in their new skin care regimen.
Dr. Sonal Patel received her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in 1999. She then went on to do a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her medical research career was focused on analyzing the changes that occur at the cellular and DNA level during oncogenesis or tumor formation. Her love for science and desire to make an immediate positive impact in the lives of others eventually led her to establish Radiance Skincare and Laser Medspa in 2006. She now uses her doctorate in Molecular Biology to stay abreast of the latest aesthetic rejuvenation and anti-aging sciences. Her mission is to research and offer only services that are scientifically sound, clinically-proven and results-oriented. Dr. Patel is passionate about helping her clients look and feel confident at any age. Over the years she has become certified and developed expertise in all of the machine-based technologies offered at Radiance. For the last 16 years, she has taken great pride in customizing treatment plans for clients that give them amazing outcomes.

Jumana Mansour is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, who has a rich passion for aesthetic medicine. She completed her undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, IL, where she secured her Bachelors in Nursing. She furthered her education and graduated with high honors from Olivet Nazarene University with her Masters in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
She specialized in Adult Critical Care and Cardiac intensive Care prior to joining Dermatology Surgery where she gained experience for over five years prior to focusing her attention on aesthetics. Her experience in working in intensive situations as well as her dexterity in precise procedures have become valuable in her work as an aesthetic provider. Jumana performs injectable treatments such as Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, PRP, and Kybella as well as other treatments such as Ultherapy, Thermage, IPL, Microneedling, Laser Hair Reduction, and Fraxel.
Jumana's treatments are targeted to restore a youthful appearance, delay signs of aging, and improve overall skin quality. Jumana's injectable ideology is to deliver noticeable, natural results in a safe manner. When she is not helping patients achieve their skin goals, Jumana enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, going on vacation, and taking her puppy to the dog park on weekends.
Nadia Shirani is an aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with 9 years of experience working in the aesthetic industry. She began her career working in a hospital but soon discovered her underlying passion for making women and men look and feel their best. Her desire to learn and evolve has enabled her to gain a detailed knowledge of facial aesthetics and clinical anatomy. Nadia prides herself on giving her clients an honest and natural approach and believes customer care, client education, an empathetic manner, and strong attention to detail have enabled her to deliver superb treatment outcomes for her clients.
Nadia has complemented her aesthetic skills by attending meetings and a number of courses on injectables sponsored by the American Society of aesthetic plastic surgery (ASAPS).
Nadia received her Masters of nursing from Lewis University and her Bachelor's of Science in nursing at Elmhurst College. She is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Nadia received her certified aesthetic nurse specialist (CANS) certification through Medical Aesthetics Education. Nadia believes in continuous education and continues to partake in ample training in aesthetic medicine.
