Michelle joined the Family Records Management, Inc. in September of 2016 and serves as our Creative Marketing Manager and Client Relations. Marketing is fun! Having real conversations with real people looking to grow their personal financial acumen is the type of "marketing" Michelle facilitates for Family Records Management. Michelle Ogas graduated from UCLA with an extension certificate in marketing and holds a nursing degree from Maric College in San Diego. She is a Notary Public and can offer services as a traveling notary throughout Los Angeles County. As a licensed California insurance agent, Michelle can also offer life and health insurance products. As a marketing manager and strategist for over 10 years, Michelle assists Family Records Management in achieving their vision by clearly communicating their voice, values, and principles through effective graphics and marketing strategies. It brings Michelle great joy to help implement strategies to expand the Mason & Associates, Inc. brand, message, and content. In her own financial journey, Michelle has made leaps and bounds with the wisdom garnered from her time at Family Records Management. With the knowledge she has gained, she feels in control of her money, manages a budget, invests and is saving to buy a house all while saving and college planning for her daughter. In her free time, she spends with her daughter and husband, being adventurous outdoors, running, hiking, sporting events, traveling, dancing hula, creating and crafting unique moments for her family and friends.

Theresa began her career in the Care Industry out of a labor of love, when one of her closest friends became ill and was in need of an advocate for her wellbeing, her finances and eventually her estate. As a result, Theresa started Just Like Family, Inc. in 2006. Using her business mind and experience, Theresa advocates for people when they can no longer advocate for themselves. Theresa is a Professional Licensed Fiduciary, Trustee and Conservator - but it goes far beyond that. She has been named the "Daughter for Hire" by many of her clients. Theresa's primary mission is to protect her clients and everything they have worked so hard to achieve, and she strongly promotes that her clients maintain their integrity and dignity at all times. She makes sure they are enjoying their lives to the fullest, with the least amount of stress and worry. Theresa insists her clients live their lives on their terms! She acts as their eyes, ears and voice when necessary. Some of her clients like to refer to her as their Personal Assistant, whether it's just being there for daily money management and bill paying or taking care of their daily lives and estate. Prior to being in Care Management Theresa enjoyed a successful Sales Career in the Printing Industry and also founded a company - Cupcake Cuties in 2009. Theresa is a proud UCLA Graduate and lives in Pasadena with her Husband David and their 2 children. She enjoys golf, hiking, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
