Our company was originally founded in 2005 as Moorman Utility Company; however, with the continued growth and expansion of our utility services we became a Texas Corporation in 2007 operating as R.D. Moorman, Inc... We serve Collin, Dallas, Kaufman, Rockwall, Tarrant and other outlying counties in all phases of Underground Utility Construction. Our customers include Commercial Developers, Residential Developers, Municipalities, and many others.
