Revive treatments are safe water-based, non toxic, non corrosive and non flammable fluids, using technology developed and used for the cleaning and maintenance of aviation jet engines, power station turbines, large marine diesel engines and now automotive engines... Designed to clean soot and carbon deposits that build up in the engine, intakes, intercoolers, EGR's and turbo vanes on modern diesel engines. Soot build up in these components can cause loss of power, higher emissions and in the worst case scenario, most notably with carbon contaminated turbo vanes, the car going into limp mode regularly... Revive performs the same actions as for diesel applications, but without the variable vane turbo mechanism the cleaning benefits are concentrated in the intake areas, of throttle housing, intercooler, turbo compressor etc. The application method and rev range is adjusted to suit the lower air velocity conditions in the petrol engine at low load.
