Amelia Gomez

Amelia Gomez serves as the Executive Assistant for AMP Residential. Amelia began her career in the Multi-Family Housing industry in 2001 as the Administrative Assistant to the maintenance department that had close to 1800 units. Amelia has held many positions throughout her property management career including Resident Relations Specialist, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, and Field Operations Support Manager. Amelia prides herself in working with her team with a common goal of achieving excellence and providing exceptional customer service. On her days off from work, Amelia enjoys traveling, being outside in warm summer weather and spending time with her family.

Amy Donker - COO

Amy Donker currently serves as Amp Residential's Director of Operations. Amy was born and raised in West Michigan and attended Grand Valley State University. She began her career in property management in 2011 as a Leasing Consultant and was quickly promoted to Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, Regional Manager and was promoted to her current role of Senior Regional Manager in June of 2021. She is an active member of the Property Management Association of West Michigan as a volunteer on the Membership committed and previously served on the Board of Directors from 2013-2017. Additionally, Amy received her Certified Apartment Manager designation (CAM) through the National Apartment Association in 2016 and received her Leadership Lyceum Designation in 2019. Amy is not only a great coach at work, she's also a proud mother with two boys.

Ashley Edwards

Ashley Edwards currently serves as Vice President of Operations for AMP Residential with properties in Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri and Connecticut. Ashley began her career in property management after earning a Bachelor's of Business Administration with a major in Finance and Management from Grand Valley State University. Ashley holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) through the National Apartment Association, Leadership Lyceum and obtained her Michigan Real Estate License. Ashley has served on the board of directors for both PMAM and PMAWM, as well as the Legislative committee for the state, and education and membership committees for her local Professional Management Association (PMA) chapter. Ashley began her career as a Leasing Consultant in 2006 and was quickly promoted to Property Manager, Regional Manager, Senior Regional Manager and Director of Operations. Her experience includes multi-property management, project management, multi-million-dollar capital projects, and rebranding of conventional housing. Her industry experience in both tier one and tier two markets allows Ashley to manage a balance of associate satisfaction and profitability. She is a leader with high standards who focuses on the development and support of AMP employees, resulting in professional growth for both communities and her teams.

Chad Murray

Chad began working in property management in 2014 with Village Green, just before AMP was started. Chad was originally hired in as a Maintenance Tech, he then moved to holland as a Supervisor, then to Grand Haven. After several years at Timberview, Chad was promoted to District Maintenance Supervisor, and then Regional Maintenance Supervisor. He received his CAMT certification in 2023 and has been an academy ambassador for AMP for 4 years now.

Christie Upp

Christie Upp serves as Vice President of Training and Development for AMP Residential. She is credentialed with the Certified Apartment Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association, and she is the recipient of the National Apartment Association's ACE Industry Educator of the Year award. Christie is also a Licensed Realtor. She began her career in the multifamily industry in 2003 as a Leasing Consultant and was quickly promoted to become a Senior Regional Manager. She has overseen as many as 2,500 units in a variety of markets and has experienced all aspects of property management including but not limited to: new build, repositioning/renovation, lease-up, conventional/affordable, acquisitions/dispositions, budget production, sales and training. Christie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Ball State University. Christie is extremely dedicated to self-improvement and the development of others, and she is passionate about AMP'ING-UP training for the employees she serves.

Claire Baud

Claire Baud serves as the Marketing & Social Media Manager for AMP Residential. Claire began her career in the Multi-Family Housing industry as a Leasing Consultant where she excelled at customer service, marketing, and sales. Claire spearheaded her community's outreach efforts to local businesses and made significant improvement to the community's name recognition and reputation in its sub-market. Prior to joining AMP Residential Claire led the sales and marketing efforts at a Continuum Care Facility. Claire has contributed greatly to the marketing efforts at AMP; she launched property video tours for the company in 2018, has overseen multiple website refreshes and consistently educates and aides the entire company in the marketing department.

Denise Hinckley

Denise started her property management career with AMP at Aspen Lakes and Wyndham Hill in 2021 after being an Amp Residential resident for three years. Denise quickly became a valued part of the team and has trained countless new team members and volunteered to help at many properties in AMP's portfolio all over the country. In 2023, Denise was nominated for a GLAStar Award and won a To The Moon Award, both for Leasing Team Member. Most recently, Denise has taken her talents to the Amp Corporate office as a Leasing Renewal Manager. She has met many amazing people since joining AMP, and looks forward to the opportunities her new position will bring.

Gabriel Cooper

Gabriel Cooper serves as Vice President of Asset Management for AMP Residential where he works with the operations and corporate teams to optimize the financial growth of their Assets. Prior to joining AMP Residential, Mr. Cooper worked as a Senior Asset Manager for White Eagle Property Group, where he was responsible for the asset management of a multifamily unit portfolio, including the oversite of property operations, capital allocations, distributions, and execution of ownership strategy. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cooper worked for two large multifamily investment groups where he gained his diversified experience in Accounting, Portfolio Management and Asset Management. Mr. Cooper holds a Masters of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson University and is a certified YieldStar advisor.

Grace Corbin

Grace currently serves as Amp's first Area Leasing Manager! Grace began her career in property management in 2019 as a leasing consultant at a 1,068-bed student housing community for Michigan State University. She was promoted to Leasing & Marketing Director and then to Leasing Manager during her time in East Lansing. As a Leasing Manager, she traveled to a 920-bed student housing community at Grand Valley State University to further her experience with different markets. After her time with student housing, Grace joined the AMP Residential team as a Leasing Manager and was then quickly promoted to her current role, where she is part of the newly established Amp Centralized Team. Grace prides herself on her excellent customer service, compassion, dedication, and loyalty. She aims to deliver the moon to every resident with whom she interacts.

Janelle Dierolf

Janelle Dierolf currently serves as a Regional Manager for AMP Residential, with properties in Grand Haven, Holland and West Bloomfield. Janelle began her career in Property Management in 2014 as a Leasing Consultant and quickly worked her way to Assistant Manager, Property Manager, District Manager and was promoted to her current role of Regional Manager in August 2022. She is an active member of the Property Management Association of West Michigan as a volunteer on the Membership Committee. Janelle was awarded the 2019 GLAStar Property Manager of the Year. Janelle received her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation through the National Apartment Association in 2016. Janelle not only loves to train and develop her team at work, but she is also a proud mom of 1 and loves to read a mixture of rom-com's and thrillers in her free time.

Joanne Giacomantonio

Joanne Giacomantonio joined the Amp Residential team in 2017 with over 20 years of industry experience. Joanne began her Property Management career in 1991 after graduating from Central Michigan University with a degree in Interior Design and Marketing. Joanne's past experience includes sales training, branding, re-positioning and new construction. She has earned her NALP Trainer certification through the DMAA and is the 2018 recipient of the GLAStar Executive of the Year Award. Joanne is passionate about all facets of Branding and Marketing and utilizes her education in Interior Design to collaborate with architects and engineers for Amp Residential's portfolio of new construction and renovation projects. Her experience and education have prepared her for her current role as Vice President of Marketing & Design for both Amp Residential and TEG Developers. Joanne currently resides with her husband in the metro Detroit area and is the proud mom of two sons.

Kalyn Johnston

Kalyn Johnston is a seasoned professional in the property management industry and has held a variety of positions throughout her property management career since 2012 including Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager, Property Manager, Business Manager and recently accepted a new position as the Accounts Payable Manager for AMP Residential. Born and raised in the Rockford area, she brings over a decade of experience, showcasing her expertise in managing a variety of communities. Kalyn holds a CAM certification with the NAA, maintains a Michigan Real Estate license, and has served on the PMAWM Membership Committee and currently serves on the PMAWM Apartment Careers Committee, underscoring her commitment to excellence in her field to bring awareness to property management career path. Beyond her professional achievements, Kalyn is a dedicated wife to her husband of 9 years and parent to their three children, aged 8, 6, and 17 months. Outside the realm of property management, she enjoys hiking local trails with her family, attending music concerts, and actively participating in her children's sport and school activities.

Kaytlin George

Kaytlin George is currently the Talent Acquisition Specialist for AMP Residential. Kaytlin began her career in Property Management in 2017, she started working for AMP Residential as a Floating Leasing Consultant in 2018. Shortly after, she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager - Property Manager - Senior Property Manager and has been in her current role since October of 2022. Kaytlin received her CAM certification in 2021, and is an active member of the PMAWM, currently serving as Chair for the Careers Committee. Kaytlin resides in the West Michigan area with her fiancé, their (3) dogs and (2) cats. Kaytlin is an animal lover who enjoys traveling and reading!

Kelly Scofield

Kelly Scofield serves as Payroll and Benefits Manager for AMP Residential. Kelly began her career in the Multi-Family Industry in 1997 working as a leasing consultant for a community with over 1700 units while going to Grand Rapids Community College. What started as a part time job, quickly became a career! Kelly has held many positions throughout her property management career including Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Business Manager and Property Accountant. Kelly's knowledge and experience made her the perfect fit for her most recent promotion to Community Accounting Specialist. Kelly has earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation and participated in F.L.I.G.H.T (Future Leaders in Training). She prides herself on exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and providing strong team support. Kelly currently resides in suburb of Grand Rapids with her husband and 2 boys.

Mitchell Lovell

Mitchell Lovell began his career in property management with Amp Residential in 2015. After his time in Grand Rapids as a Leasing Consultant and Assistant Manager, Mitchell was quickly promoted to his first Property Manager role at Glen Oaks East Apartments in Grand Rapids. Mitchell has traveled to various markets within Amp's portfolio including Downtown Louisville and Detroit, where he successfully led his teams through major renovation projects and lease ups. Throughout his career he has been an active member of his local Apartment Associations, most recently as a member of the 2021 DMAA Board of Directors and as a current member of the PMAWM Legislative Board. He has also earned both his CAM and CAPS Certification. Mitchell was promoted to his current position in 2024 as Amp Residential's Director of Risk Management & IT. His depth of knowledge and commitment to the multi-family industry has been essential to Amp's growth and success.

Nikki Gaspar

Page Lovell

Page Lovell currently serves as our Senior Regional Manager with a portfolio including properties in Michigan, Connecticut, Alabama and Kentucky. She achieved her Bachelor of Science from University of Southern Indiana and began her career working in health administration and sales for an assisted living community in St. Louis, MO. Working with families and people during highly emotional transitions in life helped shaped her focus on service. As she and her dog, Phoebe, migrated north to Michigan, she made the easy transition from the assisted living community to property management in the multi-family industry. Page earned her Certified Apartment Management (CAM) designation from NAA and her eagerness to learn, serve, and help others along the way aided in her promotion progressions from Leasing Consultant to Assistant Manager, to Property Manager, to Senior Property Manager and to her current position as Regional Manager. Page is active in the Property Management Association and is a previous winner of Michigan's GLAStar Property Manager of the Year. When not at work, you can likely find Page hanging out with her dog, Pheobe, or hiking, or camping, or at a fun social activity with her friends.

Pamela Lovell currently serves as President for Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) with properties in Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan. Pamela received her Bachelor's Degree in Management from Oakland City University and has achieved the designation of Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) through the National Apartment Association. Pamela worked for 10 years in hotel management before joining the multifamily industry in 2007. Pamela has experience in successfully overseeing multi-million dollar renovation operations and repositioning projects, both in the hotel industry and in the multifamily industry. Additionally, Pamela is a leader in the industry in the markets she represents. She has previously served as President of the Apartment Association of Southern Indiana, President of the Hotel Association of Greater Evansville; Member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association and on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Apartment Association, and President of Property Management Association Western Michigan (PMAWM) and President of Property Management Association of Michigan (PMAM). Taylor Strong

Taylor Strong serves as the Community Experience Manager for AMP Residential. Taylor began her journey with AMP as a Leasing Consultant in 2015 after moving back home to Michigan as a former Arizona resident of 6 years. She was then quickly promoted to Assistant Manager, and shortly after accepted the position of Property Manager on the lake shore. Prior to her career with AMP Residential, Taylor shared a wide background in the customer service industry that has assisted her in her role as the Community Experience Manager. Taylor is passionate on exceeding the expectations of each client/resident by providing exceptional customer service, empathy, and delivering the moon to everyone she meets. In addition, her main goal is to be able to assist each community by focusing on their specific needs to continue to grow and make improvements that will be beneficial to employees, residents, and future clientele. Taylor earned her Certified Apartment Manager certification in 2019 - since she began her career in the Multi-Family Housing industry her feet have hit the ground running in each position she has been placed in. Taylor strives to always give 110% in everything that she does and in return seeks to provide the same experience back to everyone she comes in contact with.
