The Atriums was built in the late 1980's and was first conceptualized to be a studio facility for an art school. Its design includes "clerestory lights", which are any rows of windows above eye level that provide natural light without compromising privacy. It also incorporates a cluster design grouping sections of offices around an "atrium" of lush palm trees, creating a smaller, cozier, natural environment even though the complex encompasses a vast area and contains fifty-five (55) rental suites...
