Darcy is Vice President, Engineering of Saguaro Resources. Darcy has 20 years of experience in reservoir, production, and completions engineering and acquisition and divestiture activities. Prior to founding Saguaro Resources, he was a Senior Engineer at Surge Energy where he was responsible for evaluating new resource play opportunities and acquisitions and contributed to expanding Surge's land position in an early stage resource play. For 10 years, Darcy also held various engineering and strategic planning positions at Encana and its predecessor AEC. Darcy is a Professional Engineer with APEGA, holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming and is a graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in Petroleum Engineering Technology.

Esther Troyan

Esther joined the leadership team of Saguaro Resources in July 2013 as Vice President, Land and Business Development. Esther has over 20 years of experience in land management including 17 years of experience with private and public Junior E&P's where she held a variety of roles with companies such as Senex Energy, Danoil Energy, and Elk Point Resources. She has demonstrated achievements in business development and profit building with over $5.0B of asset transactions executed in her career to date. Her vast Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin experience extends from the Jean Marie through the Montney to the Duvernay and Horseshoe Canyon. Esther holds a Bachelors degree from University of Victoria and is a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen.

Scott is Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Saguaro Resources. Prior to joining Saguaro in 2015, Scott was Vice President Finance and Treasurer of MEG Energy, where his primary responsibility was developing and executing the company's financing strategy during a rapid growth period. During his 28 year career, Scott has successfully raised billions of dollars in the equity, debt and bank markets in both Canada and the United States. He also has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and trust spinoffs. Scott holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and a B.Sc. in Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.

Stacy is President and Chief Executive Officer of Saguaro Resources. Prior to founding Saguaro Resources in September 2012, Stacy was the Chief Operating Officer at Sinopec Daylight Energy where he built high end exploitation and operations teams, instituted the Full Development plan and captured significant savings through resource play development pads and operations. From 1990 to 2011, he held progressively more responsible positions at Encana and its predecessor AEC. These positions included Vice President of the Clearwater Business Unit and Vice President of the Fort Nelson Business Unit where he led the teams to tenfold production increases. Other achievements in these positions included multiple, significant and profitable acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures in Canada and the USA as well as leading the teams through the development of major plays such as Suffield, Primrose, Peace River Arch, Jean Marie Play and the Integrated Horseshoe Canyon (CBM). Stacy was also instrumental in the evaluation of the Duvernay, has gained vast technical knowledge of the US and Canadian shale basins. Stacy is a Professional Engineer with APEGA, holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming and is a graduate of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) in Petroleum Engineering Technology.
