Rear View Mirror Holdings, Inc. (RVM) was founded by Doug Huberman in 1997. In 2000 RVM began assembling assets in Old Town Pasadena with the intention of establishing enclaves of art, culture and entertainment on its historic side streets and in the Playhouse District... This vision sparked efforts in raising funds for the renovation of the Levitt Pavilion band shell in Memorial Park, of which Doug went on to serve as Co-Chair to Friends of the Levitt Pavilion for a period of time.
