Bruce Snow

Bruce has worked in the oil and gas industry for more than 35 years, beginning in heavy-construction-related activities in West Texas. He has significant experience in multiple resource plays including the Bakken, Powder River, Barnett, Woodford, Eagle Ford and Permian basins. Bruce's expertise spans the structure, organization and development of new and expanding oil and gas transportation and processing infrastructure with a focus on customer service, regulatory compliance, HS&E, reliability and measurement, and employee selection and development. Before joining Saddle Butte, Bruce spent the majority of his career at Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP (formerly Koch Industries). While at Boardwalk, he held several positions in the crude oil and natural gas gathering and transmission business, spending the last 27 years in field leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of Operations for Boardwalk's South Region. In this role, Bruce worked with a team of 175 employees and managers responsible for the movement of 3 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day through a network of 4,000 miles of pipeline and 460,000 horsepower of compression assets.

Cole Dougherty

Cole joined Saddle Butte in June 2011. He started his career in the oilfield industry while in his teens as a roughneck and later obtained his Mechanical Engineering degree. He has been leading pipeline and facilities project design and execution for the last 25 years. Prior to joining Saddle Butte Cole has worked as a Project Manager with engineering companies, as a Facilities Engineer for E&P producers, and as an Engineer/Project Manager with pipeline companies. Cole's expertise is in project execution and driving projects to completion.

Colin Miller

Colin has more than 10 years of business development and corporate finance experience. Prior to joining Saddle Butte Pipeline, he worked at El Paso Corporation where he evaluated midstream projects and corporate strategy. Prior to El Paso, Colin worked at Credit Suisse Securities where he executed M&A and capital market transactions for oil and gas companies.

David Beach

David joined Saddle Butte in 2011 and has 25 years of experience in the energy industry, with an emphasis on midstream accounting. As a key member of the management team, he manages all of Saddle Butte's financial reporting, banking relationships, plant settlement, human relations and office management functions. From 2004 to 2011, David served as Controller for Aka Energy Group. From 1993 to 2004, he served as Controller for Lumen Energy Corporation (now Aka Energy). David is a certified public accountant. He is a graduate of the University of Tulsa where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.

David Ratliff - President

David has more than 25 years of trading, marketing and commercial development experience in energy markets. He had held senior leadership positions building new ventures with major organizations including Koch Industries, Williams, Citigroup and startup organizations including Merchant Energy Group of the Americas, New Gulf Energy and Golar LNG. While at Koch Industries (1989-1998) he helped form and build the natural gas trading group. While at Williams (2002-2004), he led the financial structuring group and from 2007 to 2010, David served as Director of Trading at Citigroup, establishing the company's LNG trading business. David has substantial knowledge of global energy asset markets with particular emphasis on crude oil, natural gas, power and LNG. In addition, David has a vast amount of experience in the quantitative and fundamental analysis of commodity markets.

David Wait - COO

David is a registered professional engineer with over 20 years of energy industry experience developing and managing engineering, construction and operations teams. David joined Saddle Butte in June 2011, bringing the company considerable experience in natural gas, crude oil and water systems. His expertise includes the optimization of gathering systems and compression, treating and pump stations; expansion planning; and associated infrastructure including roads, bridges and electrical transmission and distribution design. Over his career he has commissioned, constructed, managed or overseen 64,000 hp in compression, more than 4,000 miles of pipeline, and multiple natural gas treating, processing and terminal projects. David's most recent leadership role, prior to joining Saddle Butte, was at CH2MHILL where he served as Vice President/Upstream Sector Lead for the Continental U.S. Prior to CH2M HILL, David was the Director of Operations for Trigon EPC (now CH2M HILL) in the San Juan Basin, where he managed a consulting staff of approximately 60 engineers, environmental specialists and surveyors; designers; right-of-way and permitting agents; procurement functions and a field construction management team. David brings technical leadership and project experience ranging from transmission lines, gas plants and compressor stations to gathering system optimization, produced water solutions and field infrastructure planning.

Greg Ward - Chief Legal Officer, VP

With an energy practice that spans more than 14 years, Greg has an extensive background in providing legal services within the oil and gas industry and core expertise in federal and state regulatory strategies for crude oil and natural gas pipelines, construction contracts, land acquisition, permitting, PHMSA compliance and litigation management. He has served as lead counsel supporting the permitting, construction, installation and operation of more than 1,000 miles of large-diameter pipeline across Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. Prior to joining Saddle Butte, Greg served as Assistant General Counsel for Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP, where he provided general legal services for the company, with primary responsibilities for supporting the operations, engineering and construction departments and more than $5 billion in expansion initiatives. Prior to joining Boardwalk, Greg served as an associate in Van Ness Feldman, LLP's Washington, D.C., office where he specialized in electricity and natural gas. Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Utah State University. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah where he also earned a Master of Public Administration degree.
