SITE WORK LA

SITE WORK LA is an award-winning art/design collaborative started by Travis Frankel and Daniel Lehrer in Los Angeles, CA. Travis is an architect; Daniel is a painter and writer. The installations created by SITE WORK LA are the product of an architect's understanding of tectonics, a painter's ability to compose freely, and a combined passion for making. Their work together has produced site-specific installations in storefront windows, warehouses and museums throughout Los Angeles. Each installation is an outgrowth of the chosen material (typically found or recycled) and the specific attributes of the site in question.
