Joining the firm in 2001, April oversees the operations of the wealth management and family office services teams at The Sharp Financial Group. As a major part of this role, she maintains relationships with the firm's ultra-high net worth clientele. April has 17 years of experience in the financial services industry across accounting, tax and comprehensive wealth planning, and is a member of The Sharp Financial Group's executive team.
Previously, April was media planner at a global advertising agency in New York City. April obtained a BS in business administration from Elon University.

Kevin has over thirty years of experience in public accounting working for local, regional and national accounting firms. He provides accounting, auditing, tax, valuation and merger and acquisition advice to privately held, owner operated businesses. His industry experience includes services to professional service corporations, nonprofit entities, manufacturers, distribution companies, real estate developers, technology companies, broker-dealers, financial services, contractors and insurance companies.
Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant with memberships to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a BS in accounting from West Chester University.

Kevin has over 35 years of expertise providing financial advisory services across a wide range of companies and has worked with a diverse group of clients including entrepreneurs, private equity backed companies, and family-owned and closely held businesses. He co-founded a boutique investment bank and successfully operated it for 20 years. Kevin has completed hundreds of middle market transactions and is an integral trusted advisor to C-suite executives. Kevin is dynamic in cultivating relationships and new opportunities with business owners, lawyers, bankers, private equity professionals, wealth managers, and industry professionals.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University.

Mike founded Sharp & Associates, LLC in 1993. Mike has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and is highly skilled in providing financial and tax-advisory services. He has advised business owners across a wide range of industries, developing expertise in the pharmaceutical, advertising, construction, real estate, retail, distribution and professional sports industries.
Mike graduated magna cum laude from Slippery Rock University, where he earned a BS degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and also holds various securities and insurance licenses in multiple states.

Additionally, Mike serves as a board member for a number of community and educational programs in the greater Philadelphia area. He holds a BBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Joining Sharp & Associates, LLC in 1996, Paul has over 30 years of professional experience, specifically serving small- and medium-sized companies in the pharmaceutical, construction, real estate and retail industries. Joining the firm in 2014, Shawn manages finance and operations for The Sharp Financial Group. He has spent more than 20 years in financial and operational roles for a variety of companies coast to coast, from health and pharmaceutical firms to agencies and studios in the entertainment industry. In addition, Shawn is an active community volunteer. Committed to ongoing education, Shawn has studied accounting, business, finance, operations, psychology, sociology, socioeconomics and administration at Western Governors University (WGU) and Montgomery County Community College.

Stephan joins Sharp with a broad range of experiences, now entering his 25 th year in the industry. Most recently, Stephan served as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Advisor for high-net-worth clients at Regions Private Wealth, a division of Regions Bank (NYSE: RF). He focused on strong client relationships, business development and directing asset management for clients. Prior to joining Regions, Stephan worked as a Portfolio Manager, with a focus on Sustainability in Water and Agriculture, for both Eco Alpha and Summit Global. Stephan earned Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations while working at firms such as Northern Trust and GE Private Asset Management.
Stephan resides in Florida with his wife Susan and Junior Investment Advisor Louis (canine). They all enjoy traveling, learning, and experiencing all our world offers.
