Sharing the love of Jesus in creative, engaging ways is something Becci is passionate about. She's had the opportunity to do this as children's pastor, volunteer administrator, teacher, author, and mom. She's excited at the opportunity to share God's love with people all over the world through Shepherds College Online. If Becci's not at Shepherds College, she and her husband, Tracy, are probably with their granddaughter or two Keeshonds.

Brian came to Shepherds College in the fall of 2009 as the Residential Life Manager. Building relationships with our students had a profound and transformational impact on him. It was through those relationships that he developed a passion for the mission of Shepherds College. Later in 2013, he transitioned into the position of student recruiter, where daily, he saw needs, hopes, and dreams fulfilled in the lives of students with disabilities. Brian chooses to work at Shepherds College because of the positive, holistic impact it has on the lives of young adults. As VP of Expansion, Brian is committed to the growth of Shepherds College in Wisconsin and nationally.

Bryan is a CPA with a Master's degree in Accounting from UW Milwaukee. He joins Shepherds College with almost 20 years of experience and proficiency in working with financial data, reporting systems, and operational improvements. His strong supervisory skills, passion for numbers, and attention to detail will be a great complement to our Business Team. Growing up in the Kenosha area, Bryan and his family became HUGE White Sox fans. For fun, they love heading up north to their parents to enjoy the woods and great outdoors.

David received his B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School. After transitioning from his legal practice, David served in leadership positions at several Christian ministries over the past 18 years. He works with our Advancement Team in fundraising, planned giving, major gift cultivation, and operational leadership. He is an avid reader, guitar player, and history aficionado.

Elyse joined the Shepherds College team in 2010 as an academic advisor and instructor specializing in the Bible Department. In 2013, Elyse Cyr was honored as one of Exceptional Parent Magazine's Exceptional Educators in the field of Special Education based on her extraordinary dedication, creativity, and caring for her students with intellectual disabilities. Elyse's heart and passion are for students to develop a relationship with God and a passion for telling others about Jesus. Elyse is married to her husband, Matt, and enjoys spending time with her two children, Grace & Emet.

Shepherds College is very fortunate to have qualified and passionate team members who educate, train, and challenge our students. Hannah joined the Shepherds College team in 2017 as the Lead Instructor and again in 2022 as an Instructional Designer for SC Online. Hannah has extensive experience in creating engaging, accessible, and effective lessons for all learners. Hannah was an integral part of the development and implementation of Shepherds College's remote learning program in 2020, which resulted in the creation of Shepherds College Online.

In 2008, Lori was on the team that started Shepherds College. As an adjunct faculty member, she taught Personal Development. In 2011, Lori joined the college as a full-time staff member in the role of Lead Advisor. She loved the opportunity to grow personally and professionally and was enthusiastic about working with the students. Later, she became the Dean of Students and, more recently, the Vice President of Student Affairs. Student Affairs involves all activities outside of academic classes, such as participating in events, serving others, putting training to good use, encountering teachable lessons, and building friendships. Lori believes coming alongside students and families is a privilege and seeing lives changed is incredibly rewarding! She is an incredible asset to the Shepherds College team.

Sarah Kolkman joined the Shepherds College team in 2012 after graduating with a degree in Education with a specialty in Learning Disabilities. Over the years, Sarah has developed and taught several classes including: Personal & Professional Development, Money Skills, and Money Management. When creating lessons, she always asks , "Would I enjoy being a student in this class?" It is important to her that students have a hands-on experience in the skills they are learning.

Scott has an extensive background in creating Distance Learning programs for organizations and schools across the country. As Shepherds College continues to grow an e-learning platform, Scott contributes his vast knowledge and abilities to make this new avenue of development a great success. During his years as an independent consultant, Scott led 375 post-secondary schools through the accreditation process. His vast accreditation experience has led Shepherds through years of successful approvals as an accredited institution. Scott is a valued member of the Shepherds College team.

From her position as Director of Sales & Marketing for a software consulting firm, Susan started working at Shepherds in May of 2007. Assisting with the growth of Shepherds College, a groundbreaking new approach to education for students with intellectual disabilities, appealed to Susan both professionally and spiritually. She worked on the campaign to raise funds to build the college then subsequently assumed responsibilities such as the college's website development and maintenance, social networking, promotional material development, and advertising. In her sixteen years at Shepherds, Susan has utilized her strengths to spread the message of God's work through Shepherds College, the local community, and beyond, with truth and carefully thought-out words and strategy. As Associate VP of Marketing, she brings tremendous talent and success to the department and college.

Todd received his Bachelor of Business Administration from UW-LaCrosse. He has spent most of his career in HR-related roles in Heavy Manufacturing industries. He currently attends Southbrook Church where he serves both as a greeter and on the Elder Board.

Before coming to Shepherds, Tracy started and led urban youth and children's ministry in Milwaukee, culminating with the opening of a Christian school for at-risk children in the city. He has additional experience as a school teacher, coach, athletic director, and educational consultant. Additionally, Tracy has served as a board member, mission team leader, and city alderman. He joined the Shepherds' staff in 2008 as the Director of Shepherds College, just a few months before the launch of the school. In June of 2018, Tracy became the fourth president in Shepherd's 60-year history.
