Brian came to Shepherds College in the fall of 2009 as the Residential Life Manager. Building relationships with our students had a profound and transformational impact on him. It was through those relationships that he developed a passion for the mission of Shepherds College. Later in 2013, he transitioned into the position of student recruiter, where daily, he saw needs, hopes, and dreams fulfilled in the lives of students with disabilities. Brian chooses to work at Shepherds College because of the positive, holistic impact it has on the lives of young adults. As VP of Expansion, Brian is committed to the growth of Shepherds College in Wisconsin and nationally.

Growing up in the Kenosha area, Bryan and his family became HUGE White Sox fans. For fun, they love heading up north to their parents to enjoy the woods and great outdoors.

In 2008, Lori was on the team that started Shepherds College. As an adjunct faculty member, she taught Personal Development. In 2011, Lori joined the college as a full-time staff member in the role of Lead Advisor. She loved the opportunity to grow personally and professionally and was enthusiastic about working with the students. Later, she became the Dean of Students and, more recently, the Vice President of Student Affairs. Student Affairs involves all activities outside of academic classes, such as participating in events, serving others, putting training to good use, encountering teachable lessons, and building friendships. Lori believes coming alongside students and families is a privilege and seeing lives changed is incredibly rewarding! She is an incredible asset to the Shepherds College team.

From her position as Director of Sales & Marketing for a software consulting firm, Susan started working at Shepherds in May of 2007. Assisting with the growth of Shepherds College, a groundbreaking new approach to education for students with intellectual disabilities, appealed to Susan both professionally and spiritually. She worked on the campaign to raise funds to build the college then subsequently assumed responsibilities such as the college's website development and maintenance, social networking, promotional material development, and advertising. In her sixteen years at Shepherds, Susan has utilized her strengths to spread the message of God's work through Shepherds College, the local community, and beyond, with truth and carefully thought-out words and strategy. As Associate VP of Marketing, she brings tremendous talent and success to the department and college.

Before coming to Shepherds, Tracy started and led urban youth and children's ministry in Milwaukee, culminating with the opening of a Christian school for at-risk children in the city. He has additional experience as a school teacher, coach, athletic director, and educational consultant. Additionally, Tracy has served as a board member, mission team leader, and city alderman. He joined the Shepherds' staff in 2008 as the Director of Shepherds College, just a few months before the launch of the school. In June of 2018, Tracy became the fourth president in Shepherd's 60-year history.
